terribly sorry for my late rating, bed was comfy, room was spacious & big space compare to others, the best was their staff either the receptionist or the service staff because they really meets all my requirements with humble & politeness 👍👍👍, hope they will keep it up the good job.

my advise to the management, the wall paper in the room is peeling off & looks old already, kindly look into it to repair or do some maintenance about it, also the toilet top rain shower was not working at all, luckily another shower head is working. cleanliness need to improve too especially lots of ants on the table coming through the wall.

Spacious room where you can have yoga and body weight workouts. Cleanliness is the best thing here. Also I like the bathroom very much. Equipped, specially up and running. A Real Value for money.

Bit far from the tourist attractions. I walked mostly from hotel to center but the road is not that much of walking friendly. Grab cost 7 to 12rm. Also in the booking.com I saw it has gym but it doesn't have.

staffs - were great. they go all out to meet my expectations. friendly, helpful and always at helping hands. hotel - need some re-painting works to make it look more attractive. room - i booked the king room with spa bath. room was ok. need some refurbishments. wallpapers peeling off, cracked paintings. parking - very limited space. will definitely come back - just for the staffs!

the staff was very very very nice. very comforting and welcoming eventhough i emergency booked their hotel very last minute due to the previous hotel was cancelled my booking. thanks ! i have a great staycation that time.

nothing, all good ! all the equipment was functioning and the facilities quite okay ! there is also a coway machine to refill your water !

as for me, i truly satisfied with this hotel. i stayed here for 2 nights. room was very spacious, modern look, clean, easy parking, strategic location which isn't too busy/noisy or not even too far from melaka city(just near with perigi hang li poh). the bed and pillows was so comfy, air conditioner and tv works well, water run fast, no cloggs in bathroom or sink, no mineral but water refill provided in a bottle, got complimentry instant coffee packets, kettle, and also iron & hair dryer is provided upon request. the receptionists also very friendly and nice.

cons - the hot water wasn't functioning, i didnt ask them to fix bcoz the water wasn't too cold for me. and there were few lights inside the bathroom also wasn't functioning, still ok but it was a bit dim

We checked in late but staff was really understanding and delivered us a quality service

It wasn't perfect but i still think this is money well spent. Hopefully will continue to come to this wonderful place.

Liqards droppings behind the curtain not cleaned and cob webs above my head while I was sleeping. Guess it's the Malaysian thingi of not bring overly clean

All the staff very friendly & helpfull. Especially Customer Service name Cik Ain very professional and helpfull. I like her attitude. Good to have staff like Cik Ain.

No as swimming pools.

The staff was very friendly and very attentive, very patient and attended to all our request at the shortest time. Being treated so good, feels like staying in a 5 star hotel.

The space of the room and of course the bath tub...

There's not much hanger in the wardrobe and we have to go down if we wanna iron our clothes...
