We had a great stay at Kelingking Mesari, even though my friend got sick. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Kelingking Beach. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the food is excellent. There are two beautiful pools with views of the jungle. We even got a free upgrade, which we really appreciated. The staff are extremely friendly and constantly checked in on how my friend was doing. There was a misunderstanding with the massage I had booked at the hotel, but they arranged for an external masseuse to come, which was incredible service! We would definitely stay here again!

The accommodation is well-located if you plan to get around by scooter or want to be close to Kelingking Beach. Otherwise, it is quite remote (about 40 minutes from the harbor). There aren't many restaurants nearby, except for a few warungs.

It was a very comfortable stay. We were greeted with complimentary fizzy drinks with much love. The place was clean. There was hot water 24 hours. The room is also beautiful and all the furniture is absolutely new and well maintained. The pool outside was very clean for a good swim and with very nice ambient lighting at night which adds to the place’s aesthetics. The place is family run and all of them were extremely nice and hospitable. I’d recommend staying here if you want a place literally 3 mins of walk away from the incredible kelingking beach!

None of these things were of much importance to us but late at night after 11pm there was nobody available at the reception counter for any kind of assistance through out the night till morning. There’s no phone in the room to call for any kind of room service. You have to go to the help desk to ask if you need anything. They have a small in-house menu but the kitchen isn’t very clean so I didn’t feel very comfortable ordering any food. Even though the name of the place is kelingking mesari villa and spa, there really is no spa at the place. I think they are making one and some time in the future they might have one but I’m not sure.

Staying at Kelingking Mesari Villa was an absolute delight! The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Kelingking Beach, making it perfect for exploring one of Nusa Penida’s most breathtaking attractions. The location was fantastic. 5-10 minute walk to Kelingking Beach and viewpoint. Tourists clear out early in the morning and before sunset so staying so close to it means you can view it uninterrupted and in a non peak time. Close to many restaurants and short drive to Angel’s Billabong and Broken Beach. This property was exceptionally clean, comfy and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool view was lovely and the property was well maintained and easily accessible.

No dislikes, this property was amazing and we’d definitely stay again.

This accommodation has cute little bungalows which are located in lush jungle. Bungalows are very close to Kelingking cliff which make it easy to see this attraction. Owners are kind people who are ready to help with anything. They can arrange you a scooter / taxi driver if needed. Breakfast was amazing. They also have a small restaurant with variety of options. Portions are huge!

It is true what other guests say that inside the bungalow it’s little bit dark. But it makes them also cozy. There is nothing really around the accommodation than Kenlingking cliff. Prepare to have cash because closest atm is far away too. There were two spiders in my room but this is something you can’t really control when living in the jungle.

Wonderful hotel. The room has everything you might need, including a nice balcony. The pool is nice, and the breakfast is simple, but delicious. The hotel is runned by a local family, and they are the nicest people. They even gave us free bananas from their own garden, and they arranged an excellent scooter for us. The owner also drove us to the harbour and back for a fixed price, even at 6:30 AM. Place is located only 5 mins from Kelingking beach, so it’s an ideal chance to have the whole beach for yourself if you wake up early (from 9 AM the beach is terribly busy, once the tours arrive).

-We asked the hotel to arrange a snorkling tour for us. Which they did, but at a company that was clearly one of the worst ones on the island (Bahisnawa). 20 people on a boat, and stopped only for 10 mins at Manta Bay. Also paid more then the average snorkling tour on the island (300K). Better invest in a private tour that goes to Manta Point, if you really wanna see Manta’s. -They call themselves ‘Villa and Spa’, but I haven’t seen any Spa. Unless you want to consider having a pool as a Spa.

Few 500meter walk from Kelingking beach. The beach is rather a viewpoint. Beach is an hour trekking down and not allowed to swim(giant waves and strong curls). The staff are super friendly, they have organized everything from speed boat ticket from/to Bali-Penida. Taxi pickup, snorkeling, Penida island tour. Rooms are brand new, recently built. Hotel area has its vibe with the lighted pool. Super staisfied. There are few restaurants nearby so it is better to eat at Hotel’s restaurant. Dishes were great but limited choices.

Great location by Kelingking Beach. Staff were lovely (cute puppy as well!) and attentive. The property was clean and the pool was pleasant. Basic facilities, but this is to be expected with the style of the property. The property requires a taxi, but the managers arranged this for us pre-arrival, and a taxi for our departure. Provided tasty breakfast and cold water every morning.

There is some building work as part of the site development, which has happened since the photographs were taken. This work will be stunning once finished. The lightning was rather dark.

Perfect place to stay with couples or family. The amenities are incredible and also the family who drives it. They are so special and it has been a pleasure to meet them. They always help you with everything and they also offer you drinks and food while you are in the swimming pool. Very confortable beds and also the rooms, that are super clean every day and so special.

If you are looking for some hotel near restaurants and facilities, this is not the option, but you have the top 1 beach 3 min walking.

Location is at stone throw distance from the most iconic beach of Nusa Penida. Food served was made with care and was amazingly scrumptious. Quite helpful family managing the location.

Its near forest area so had anticipated natural noises but we were disturbed by some weird noises and sometimes banging on the cottages in the night. This is not related to property but the roads on the island are worn off and filled with potholes.
