Parking right outside door, quiet air conditioner, nice looking carpet (not faded or patchy), comfortable beds, microwave, table & chairs, dark curtains, great shower head & water pressure, provision of water bottles as tap water does not taste nice, friendly & helpful owner

Noise from trucks overnight (not motels fault but good to be aware), water - strong taste of chemicals so you need your own drinking water (again not motel fault)

Lovely room: a bit dated but very clean, spacious and comfortable

The “pool” was miniscule and honestly sad, no point in advertising the property as having a pool. The management was not very helpful at all: apparently the owner were away and the people there were clueless and not interested in helping us when the washing machine was having issues. The cleaning lady saw us having issues and did everything to solve our issues, we are very grateful for her!

We only stayed here a night but would have enjoyed longer. The hotel rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable for sleeping. Tom and Bree provided friendly and excellent service and were always available to help. The restaurant was relaxing and the food was delicious

Well appointed rooms with very friendly and helpful staff . The location was excellent: easy access to town and on the road to the CSIRO observatory radio telescope. Restaurant on site was convenient and food was good . Place was nice and quiet as well . Definitely stay here again

We had a very pleasant over-night stay on our trip back home. We were greeted cheerfully upon arrival and the friendliness was extended during further conversations. Our room was spacious, well presented and clean and the bed was extra comfortable. We made use of the onsite restaurant for breakfast the next morning. While the motel is situated on the highway towards the edge of town, we did not find the traffic noise to be a problem.

Convenient location. Good little family room for a short stay, with separate a room that has the single beds. It's been renovated fairly recently. Great sized spa bath in the bathroom.

There is a restaurant on the premises, but you must eat in the restaurant. We didn't want room service, just to be able to take the meals back to our room after a long day of travelling and tired kids. My only minor gripe.

excellent place to stay if ur going thru or holidaying in the area stay here I’m glad we didn’t go to Dubbo & we went here instead the staff went above & beyond so kind & friendly & accommodating especially with late checkins the room was large clean enough space for family great amenities & pool & great value for money choose this motel over any others in the area truly worth staying here felt safe parked right out front of the room & local pub delivers food to motel

nothing great place to stay

Super friendly owners, received lots of info on where best to eat, get food delivered from etc. Loved water bottles and milk in fridge. Room was big and we were supplied with an extension cord to use our Chromecast. It was super hot, but aircon handled it, even kids room with no fan got cooler overnight. Super big for a family room. Pool was clean. . Overall was great and we would return!!

Freezer compartment was too frosted to use. No fan in kids room which has 2x single beds. Few bugs in pool. not super bad at all. Queen Mattress was uneven and sunk in on one side unfortunately

Located a little north of town I expected to drive to get a coffee, snacks or light refreshments. Not so, there was a fantastic "pop up" coffee shop right opposite in the park. The room was a great size with chairs to relax in. The bathroom had a seperate toilet, which was a great asset.

The fridge wasn't working properly when we arrived. We reported the problem to staff the next morning and when we got back to the property that afternoon, we were told by the locum management that the fridge was fixed. His attitude to me was abrupt, he made me feel like it was an imposition to need to attend to the fridge. He actually did nothing and the fridge continued to fail for the rest of our visit. Unfortunately I needed a working fridge and ended up having food spoil. When I reported the fridge continually failing upon check out, the actual manager was in the office and offered a lot more concern. Shame the locum didn't have the same level of care.

Standard of cleanliness was exceptional, staff customer service was friendly & inviting. This property offers breakfast & dinners & for working traveler’s they offer a lunch (pre ordered of course) a lovely inviting pool to hang out by & just across the road a park for those traveling with children. Or a nice walk around track.
