Good location. Clean pool. Comfortable bedding.

Very incompetent receptionist… before verifying well, she was sending us to another hotel, since she thought we were on the wrong hotel. Gave her my name, and she didn’t check well, stating I had no reservation… over and over again. There was also an additional $20 being charged on each room, and she waited until I complained to explain the reason for those $20. Last, she didn’t give us rooms close to each other, as I was confirmed during my reservation.

Have stayed here before and have enjoyed our stay every time. Cleanliness is excellent, the pool and hot tub a huge plus, breakfast selection is excellent plus all staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with

there were 4 in our party and the bathroom only had towels for 2. Had to request additional towels every day.

Great View, large room, perfect pillows, lounge chair, ergonomic desk chair, decent size fridge with freezer, microwave in room, easy access and parking, complimentary breakfast, Lots of drawer and storage space, great lighting, plenty of towels, cups and coffee/tea condiments, courteous staff.

In door pool and spa, pool entrance and exit is through main passageway near lobby, smell of pool chlorine when entering lobby, wet and slippery floor due to pool access, overworked staff trying to mopping up floor due to pool water, dirty windows, hotel security needed to keep rowdy occupants/kids from running amok drenched in pool water, banging on doors and address unaccompanied minors in and around hallways.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good! The beds were very comfortable.

The hottub didn’t work, was super disappointed about that. The bathroom hygiene products didn’t get refilled, conditioner was out & the hand lotion squirted out water.

I like everything except the restroom is not very clean a little dirty under the sink and on the floor but is acceptable and the door of the bathroom won't lock.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows really soft, bathroom and shower clean with good water pressure, some maintenance is needed. Breakfast is what you would expect from free breakfast. Well stocked snacks, dining is in walking distance. Very safe area.

No complaints just to me the price is a bit high.

We loved the hot breakfast, workout room, indoor pool, and hot tub! The floor of the pool was peeling but our kids didn't mind. Tge hotel was very clean. The staff was kind. Perfect location!

The hotel had limited quarters for the laundry machines.

I stayed here due to the location, I loved how convenient it was to get to all of the place I needed. I was a bit nervous to book here because I had never used a holiday inn but it exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and I have now become a customer for life! I will definitely be booking again and again!

The breakfast wasn’t great, I ate out everyday. That’s my only complaint.
