Beautiful surround in the Old Town. Very cozy atmosphere and friendly stuff! Clean, nice comfortable beds. Rooms are warm even in the winter! Breakfast was good and big!

Hotel and restaurant are in the heart of the Old Town, which is fantastic and the only problem is a bit difficult is to reach by car/taxi the place but if you don't carry a lot of luggage you just can walk up there.

I think the person serving us was also the owner. He was very motivated to cater to everyone's needs, even when facing stressfull clients arriving all at the same time and demanding immediate service. Rooms were tidy and well prepared. Breakfast was adequate and prepared with lots of attention to detail. The surrounding and ambience are hardly beatable.

As so often in Bulgaria, things were a little unfinished. Mostly in terms of random stuff cluttering corners of remote rooms and the garage, but also one couch had a screw sticking out where one of my friends hurt himself. Nothing bad, but it could have been avoided. Usually everything was made with attention to detail all around, so this must've been a minor oversight.

A nice and small hotel located in the historic old town of Plovdiv and the hotel is part of the heritage Ottoman time quarter. You can stroll around and see the unique architecture and visit the historic sites, museums and restaurants from the hotel.

It was difficult to know how to park my car at the hotel garage, because the host did not send us any instructions to drive into the restricted gated area of the old town. If you get there by car, you have to ask a gatekeeper to open the gate, then drive narrow cobblestone streets to reach the hotel.

The garden is quiet, good people are hosting, they are calm and at the same time sharp. People are trying to keep noise down and the view is good too. Prices are decent. Good breakfast has been served as promised. Would recommend the hotel for family stay, if you want rooms with a terrace better call and point that out.

South west rooms are hit by sunlight at 6.00 am in early spring till late autumn. With a cat looking for partner at the same time and the absence of sunblind once would not be able to sleep till later hours except if not blind and deaf himself. I'd recommend good sunblinds for those rooms.

Basic clean hotel in the old town. Plenty of breakfast bulgarian style, English(black) tea available. Very quiet at night. Owner was around and helpful although does not speak English (German). Shower was hot. There is a garage but bringing the car to the hotel in the dark was an experience through plovdiv's very narrow lanes! Located in the old town so close to attractions.

Great if you just want to explore plovdiv but, because of its location, not so good if you have a car and plan to go out and about. Not much in the way of restaurants locally so had to walk in the dark over the cobbles each evening, fine for us but could be a problem if you have mobility issues.

Everything was perfect. Very cozy place in the heart of the old town. Authentic house, where the host will welcome you. The ancient teather is only 350 m.walking distance. The city is around 550m walking distance. They serve magnificent breakfast, including eggs,various cheese and sausages, and traditional sweet bread, like donuts. Defiantly will come again.

A gem of a hotel. Small, family run quirky hotel in a fantastic location in the old town. Owner lovely & very helpful despite our very limited Bulgarian. Nice size room & good size bathroom with hot shower. Our friends came by car & the secure parking was a real bonus. So near to everything - museums/ Roman ruins / bars & restaurants

As the hotel is in a historic building in the old town there are lots of steps & stairs & no lift. It wasn’t a problem for us but just so you are aware.

Gracious and typical building in the heart of the Old Town, really comfortable if you’re coming by car like us because they have a private parking lot. The host was really kind to us even if he didn’t speak English. He was able to speak French and German though. Breakfast was included in our formula and it was provided to us personally from the host because we were the only people in the structure. The room was fine and really well-heated.

- Location (in the middle of Old Town). - Breakfasts were simple but tasty - I felt like visiting some old family, good atmosphere A bit of advice: It's hard with English there, but you can try with Russian, German or French if I remember correctly. Anyway, even with English you'll be able to get into deal.

- Beds really like to make sounds almost whenever you'll move it'll make sound.

A great spread for breakfast. A large variety of cheeses, cured meats, vegetables and fruits!!!

AC was not working but the proprietar gave us a strong fan.
