Very impressed with the staff: Charming, easy going Anna always ready with a smile and good well informed advice. We were 3 adults in 3 rooms (two bothers and a very old father), and sombody had the good sense to arrange for all our keys to open the doors of all 3 rooms. Location was perfect, yet quiet. A very generous supply of coffee capsules.

Air condition was not effective in our first night. Probably because we came in early spring. On our request it was taken care of quickly.

This was a great stay from start to finish. It really does check off all the boxes. Location is perfect; close to the heart of the town and the train station. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer a nice welcome drink and good coffee in the morning (even if you don’t have breakfast in the dining room). Room was very comfortable and super clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet at night. Wi-Fi had good speed and coverage. I would easily come back here and stay again. Excellent hotel!

Only negative was a small shower that was hard to control the water getting on the floor. A minor complaint.

The location of the hotel is a prime location near the train station, tram stops and a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was good everything was made fresh.

I didn’t like that the iron was not in the room and I had to go on other floor to the iron room.

The location is great, walking distance to the train station and old town, but our room was quite quiet. Good shower pressure, elevators moved quickly and there are two of them, small gym on the top floor. Rooms are small, but functional. Staff was very friendly and helpful. TV got a decent amount of English language channels, not that it mattered much but when we got back to the room after the day out and before going to keep we actually watched a a couple of decent tv shows we could understand (channel 4, ITV, BBC). All in all a very good hotel

I didn’t love the beds, the mattress was too firm for me. I know that some people love a firm mattress, but for me I didn’t get great sleep due to the firmness. So that would be my only issue, but as I said this is a personal preference that no hotel can satisfy everyone.

The room is basic and adequate. The hotel is right in the Bern old town. Most attractions are in walking distance, especially the Bärenplatz and the market which is literally right outside of the hotel building. The market which opens early in the morning is lively and fun to visit.

There is no parking to the hotel but it was well advertised. The closest public parking is around 5-10 min away on foot which is acceptable.

It has enough space to let me can open the luggage and the bed is comfortable, the hot water is very stable when I take shower. And this hotel has convenient location 1. close to the train station, only 5-6 minutes by walk. 2. Near by old town, only 1 minute

The heater is not very warm for my wife, cause when we travel at Bern, the weather is bad, but I think this is depends.

The room was very clean and the comfortable bed was like sleeping on a perfectly firm marshmallow. Good breakfast, lovely staff. They sell pillow covers if you like the Bear pillow on your bed,

Only downside is the room was very small for the size of the bed. My husband kept banging his shin on the con of the bedframe every time he left the bathroom because there was about a foot wide clearance.

Location - the hotel has top location, very close to the main train station, very close to the parliament square, the Zyttglocke and some other squares full of restaurants, bars and shop, super central, close to everything and in a walking distance. Stuff was super nice and helpful, I really liked the free hot drinks and the ice cream. Room was small, but super clean and cozy. I liked the espresso in the room. I really liked that there was an additional orthopedic pillow in the wardrobe. The bathroom was very nice as well and very good equipped.

Everything was perfect, cannot complain about anything.

Amazing staff who were welcoming, kind and helpful. We were grateful for an early check in on arrival. It ticked so many of our boxes; was spotlessly clean, had a super comfortable bed, there was a kettle, coffee maker and fridge. The location was perfect for us - an easy 300m walk to the main train station but situated in a classy area with beautiful buildings, fancy shops and restaurants. Definitely a winner in every way.

Nothing, it was perfect

Perfect location for exploring Old Town, literally steps away and super close to train station. The staff were so freindly and helpful and I would stay here again and again.

There is nothing I can complain about.
