Very friendly hosts and staff. Room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. Hosts gave us lots of good local advice. Location of accommodation is in a quiet area but close to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Aircon in the room was great as mornings could be a bit chilly. Breakfast items provided in the room was a nice touch along with bath robes and nice large bath towels. Great bath/shower with lots of hot water. We loved having sundowners on the balcony, which gets the sun most of the day.

We always felt safe at the property but we did have to use 4 keys to get from the garden gate to our room. Padlock on the front door security gate was a bit fiddly, especially at night. TV channels were very limited and broadband downloads were limited. Electrics in the room were a bit quirky.

If you are looking for a B&B in Cape Town, stop searching, you just found it! This was by far one of the best experiences we had during our travel. Louis and Leana are extraordinary hosts, who supported us with everything, starting with a welcome soup (we arrived at 11pm with empty stomaches), plans and recommendations for Cape Town, over arranging transportation for us and providing a (cold) breakfast option for free. They are very open, communicative and super friendly hosts! The room was spotless during our stay of 5 days, fresh towels were provided, Wifi is available, the nights were super calm, we had a good rest. Also the area of the house is perfect, we were able to walk to and from the waterfront, even at night, it is very safe! As we also went diving, the balcony was perfect for the final airing of our diving suits, before packing them back in our suitcases.

Wonderful accommodation! The staff and in particular the property manager (Louis) is what made my stay at this BnB most enjoyable. Upon arrival Louis made us Tea/coffee with cookies and sat with us for 30-45mins to talk through a map of Cape Town with things to do. He provided some local knowledge 'Gems' which we took advantage of and improved our trip. Louis also gave us a very detailed overview of the amenities in the room. Louis was contactable over whatsapp during the stay for any help and advice during the stay. A very warm welcome and stay overall. Wonderful. Many thanks Louis, we will return next time we visit Cape Town!

Everything was perfect!

The accommodation was one of the nicest and most comfortable on our trip to South Africa. The room was very large and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom had a large bathtub. Everything was very clean. Our room had a very nice balcony where we could sit outside in the evening. Louis is a very warm and friendly host. He gave us good tips. The waterfront is very easy to reach on foot. This accommodation exceeded our expectations and we would book there again in a heartbeat.

The room is quite big and well equipped. The location is quiet and close to the waterfront. Louis was very flexible and did everything to make us confortable during our stay.

Some WiFi issues : to be honest we did not really care… Louis helped us to have a minimum connection so we could send news to the family and plan for our days. Not a major issue and he told us he was in the process of fixing it with the internet provider

Louis is an exceptional host - nothing too much trouble and he went the extra mile with everything. We felt like a family friend staying at the guesthouse. Location was very good - lots of restaurants close to hand and V&A Docks a 15 minute walk away. Parking on site. Room was quirky and comfortable with lots of extras (fruit, granola, real coffee, a big bar of soap etc). Just like a home from home in Cape Town. Would happily stay again. Thanks Louis.

Owner is super nice and very helpful. Rooms are large and spotless and the cleaning lady is very nice. Location is decent: a 20 minute walk or cheap Uber ride to the waterfront.

AC didn't work in one of our two rooms and the TVs didn't work. Having non-working TVs and telling us not to download movies on their internet seems unreasonable. Bathroom in the upstairs room is a bit dangerous. Getting in and out of the shower is risky.

Wonderful property and location. The host, Louis was so incredible, kind and always there to help in any way. As a solo traveler, this was such a great comfort to stay in such a personal property. I always felt safe and welcome! The queen studio I booked was fantastic , and had everything you could possibly need, and more! Staying here made my first trip to Cape town amazing. Thank you!

Our stay at Louis and Leana guest house was simply amazing. The location is just perfect and safe, you can walk around and reach Waterfront in 15 mins, or Seapoint. Louis upgraded our room for free, we really enjoyed the studio and the view from the little terrace upstairs. He also gave us lots of suggestions and organized for us the best trip around the Cape Peninsula (ask for it if you don't rent your own car!). Overall, we felt like at home. Totally recommended, couldn't ask for more. Thank you so much again!

The guesthouse was even nicer than shown in the photos. It was quiet, very comfortable, and safe. It was close enough to walk to the waterfront area and with easy access to the other parts of Cape Town. The hosts bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a lots of suggestions on what we should do and see. They made us feel welcome and that they cared about our comfort with little touches like milk and muesli for breakfast, a large jug of drinking water, and fluffy, soft bathrobes for after a shower. On our last day, we had a morning excursion, so they kept our luggage for us and allowed us to use the guest bathroom to freshen up before going to the airport.
