Great. We spent our first 2 nights in Iceland in this place. Good location. Great place for the first few nights. ~ 20-30 minutes walk to the city. Nice variety on breakfast. It’s like a mini open buffet. They serve bread, cheese, cold meats, fresh croissants and also boiled eggs which is great for maintaining the gains. Exactly the place you need if you are visiting Reykjavik.

Great location, not super central but close to the sea. Easy parking either in front of the hotel or in the street next to it. You get a keycode to both the main entrance and the room, and apart from the breakfast you don't really interact with any staff. This was our second time here and we got a room overlooking the inner court, which was very quiet - a big difference to our first time, when we had a noisy room overlooking the street. Breakfast was great, good variety and good quality.
The room could have been more spacious, you don't really have the space to store a big suitcase comfortably.

Friendly helpful staff. The hotel reception isn’t staffed 24/7 so the hotel has slightly more of a feel of renting a mini apartment. You let yourself in with a key code at the main door and for your room. We liked this and it wasn’t a problem at all. Breakfast buffet is generous and a big plus. Our room was spotlessly clean and warm.
The room wasn’t particularly large but it was fine for us for a short stay. If we’d been staying in Reykjavik longer we would probably have looked for a slightly larger room.

Convenient location (20-30 min from the main streets). Good price. Small room, but we mainly needed it for sleep. Has a small fridge and area for 1 suitcase/luggage. We were able to see Northern lights at a walking distance towards the shore almost every night (10 min walk). Has a bus stop right across-3-5 min walk.
Small shower. Same exact breakfast options every day (stayed for 7 days). WiFi is not the best and TV did not work in our room due to poor signal.

The Hotel - A contemporary feel with modern and "cool" decor. Glass frontage with "sitting areas" on landings with street, sea or garden views. Breakfast - Great choice of cold meats, cheese, pastries, cakes etc with hot toast, jams and hard boiled eggs, tea coffee and juice. Beds - Very comfortable and enhanced by good quality duvets and pillows. Excellent central heating system! Cleanliness - The entire hotel was "hospital" clean throughout. Location - Quiet location in a residential area near the business district and 3 minutes from the seafront allowing a very enjoyable 30 minute walk to downtown Reykjavik.
Nothing!!

Had a nice stay at this small hotel. It was mostly satisfactory. Nice shower and our room had a small terrace outside on the ground level. The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. Free parking was nice.
Was only able to get my tv working on the last night of our stay, despite repeated attempts with the hotel staff to get it rectified from the day we checked in. I was promised a discounted rate as a result however have not heard anything since I checked out.

Great and convenient location. Beds are super comfortable for such small hotel and it’s price. We were pleasantly surprised. Also the radiators can be controlled manually, so I am not sure why there are some many reviews online regarding the rooms being too hot. Bathrooms are nicely renovated. Clean. Public areas are well maintained too.
Unfortunately our fridge was not turned on when we arrived late at night and it had our packed breakfast in it since morning/lunch for the next morning. We could not have breakfast next morning as we were departing before it would start, so staff was kind enough to pack it for us. However, we avoided eating meat next morning as it was left in the warm fridge due to it not being plugged in.

Stayed here on our last day in Iceland after a week of driving around. A lovely little hotel quite close to the center (we walked back and forth a couple of times). Parking in front of the hotel, but there were plenty of spaces around on the streets as well. Everything was exactly as described, a lovely and comfortable room and bathroom. It was very warm, much appreciated as it was windy and cold outside. Checking-in was easy and convenient as everything was done with a passcode provided beforehand. Good breakfast.

Good sized room and comfortable bed. Fully equipped wetroom was an added bonus. Useful to have access to fridge and safe. Each floor has a shared seating area to relax and enjoy the views
Didn't feel secure to open windows for fresh air due to being on lower ground floor, wouldn't be an issue on upper floors. Also would have preferred tea & coffee in room as not always available in breakfast room late at night.

-The self check-in process was easy, and we didn't need to do anything to check out other than to leave. -Breakfast was very good! -The room was very cosy and we felt good in it
- We got unlucky and got a room next to the main road, wasn't too big of a deal, and still slept like babies! - We found it was kind of expensive for the size you get, but that maybe has to do to the cost of living in Norway.
