Broken elevator I had to break a sweat to get to my room..!

The property was in a great location just a few steps from El Zocalo.

Great location if you want to explore Centro. Zocalo just round the corner. Big room. Front desk staff friendly and helpful (thankful we had google translate though as our Spanish is non-existent!)

External windows only into atrium shared space so didn’t feel comfortable lifting any blinds. Booked for 3 persons but only two towels, asked for another but it didn’t arrive. Rooftop pool is very small and not sure it was working properly so didn’t end up using even though it was why we booked it.

I very much liked the modern design and as well the layout of the studio. Very easy to move around in it; the sleeping, dining and sitting areas are well defined as well as being very comfortable. The lovely garden like atrium was also a bonus along with the 2 block distance to the Zocalo.

There were no negatives

The room was huge. The air conditioning worked great. Some friends were staying at the Hampton Inn Centro Historico nearby at the same time and paying slightly more but they were not happy with their room and the air conditioning didn't work so I was even more thrilled with my choice. It was really quiet. This location is close to many of the museums and other sites downtown.

Had to wait for a bit to get registered with their app once I arrived but that was the only small inconvenience. The room didn't have a hair dryer (which I think it should).

Excellent value, excellent facilities, great and friendly staff, slept like a baby. In the bustle of downtown district but the rooms are far enough away from the direct street noise to be peaceful. Without the oddball variables of an AirBnB or the surveillance, over-policed nature of a hotel.

The door and access situation. I had to download an app that ate at my battery. The app to open the front door and my room door never quite worked on my phone so the staff had to open each for me each time I needed entry. But overall, the quality of the place made it worth the small hassle.

Location can't be beat. Amazing apartment, huge, clean, beautifully decorated. The staff, especially Carmen, Brian, and Alexandra, were exceptional. I loved the old-style elevator too!

Very minor point: I would include a blow drier in the room and dishwasher detergent.

Location was good, the room was good for the price.

The door's access code for the room stopped working a day prior to my colleagues check out and apparently the secutiry guard told them it happens often and they just don't fix it. My colleagues (who I made the reservation for) did wrong by not reporting it, but still if other guests have before, it should've been fixed.

I liked the room very much. A lot of space, very confortable.

The water in the pool was always cold. We asked the staff to warm it up, but they did not do it. I don't know if, because the hotel was pretty empty, the staff did not care about this (the water, I mean). And the food in the wending machine was old and tasted very very bad.

Great location, great staff! Guillermo, Jose Luis and Alejandra were very kind and accommodating.

The couch bed was small and not the most comfortable. The housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive. Most everything was great though!
