Loved the location of the hotel! It was very central with a lot of transit options. Check in was quick and easy, they got us right in. The staff was incredibly helpful with things and places around town. They were all very friendly and their English was good and easy to understand. The rooms were homey and clean, very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Finding the button on the outside of the hotel it was tricky to find at first.

Y can find something to eat & shop around. Not in the touristy center. Mr. Leonardo the front desk manager & Mr Adriano r wonderfull.

The room Was of good size, nice big bathroom.. Staff very friendly & helpful.. Location was the best, short walk from parking station. The metro was right there & the tram stop right out the front, such easy access to the city.. Many restaurants & cafes near by

Rooms looked a little tired - few snags raised - some couldn’t be rectified. Breakfast eggs and bacon could be put out in stages so kept warm?

clean, next to metro station and walking distance from the Duomo and shopping area, quite, spacious bed and bathroom, friendly staff especially Angelica. she went extra mile to held patiently and make our vacation to explore Milan easier. I will highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay again on my next visit to Milan. And the best place for shopping if you are like to shop especially the brand names stuff and mercure hotel is walking to mist of the shop and COvid test for travel is right at the back pharmacy of the hotel. and if you go to the outlier store to shop the pick up place is just 1 block away from the hotel about 5 minutes walk and Angelica guided to do it. thank you Mercure Hotel for our nice stay in your hotel and especially thank you to Angelica one of the front reception staff of the hotel.

nothing at all. the pictures are from the room. I was not able to take a picture of the lobby and out side of the hotel. they also have a safe inside the closet.

staff were incredible- when train delayed by hours, took care of my two travelling daughters. Went out of their way to assure me girls were ok.

tried to extend the stay, accidentally booked a day after I needed, but couldn't be refunded- unable to use it as had to move on.

it’s in an excellent location and a good number of rooms-ie not too big. they provide water in the fridge in room which is very nice. there are very good restaurants and shops nearby. we had nice view over Porta Venezia

I would prefer China cups for tea instead of paper cups

The manager, Leonardi was exceptional from the moment we arrived. He was very welcoming, explained clearly about getting around Milan and could not have been more helpful. He really is an asset to the company.

Nothing, it was a truly exceptional stay.

We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t speak to that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, small, but what you expect in Europe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others traveling to Milan.

The beds were very firm and we could hear the family next door in the hall in the early morning.

hospitality- team was very helpful and we felt as if we are at home. it was not like a hotel it was just like feeling at home. Thank you to all the team:)
