In winter they can provide extra blanket in the room if any body needs it .

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, with a very pleasant neighborhood, which made our stay even better. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the decor is simply beautiful, with attention to detail that makes the space even more inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The facilities were consistently clean and well-maintained, which made me very satisfied. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would certainly return on my next visit!

Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with a couple of friends’ reservation, and a staff member ended up speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. This was unpleasant, as I did not fully understand what was happening, and I noticed she used some language that I consider inappropriate. This type of behavior left a negative impression on our experience.

Was nice, clean and well maintained. I think this place is a pretty new build. I'd say the facilities were great!

Basically we got in late. Had a problem with getting the correct type of room. They gave us key cards to two different rooms in a row. Both were still unmade up ( Had not had maid service from the night before. It was finally worked out but took like 45 minutes. 3rd time's a charm I suppose. I don't believe this is there standard. At least this gives them feedback on something to correct). We were super tired from working all day and then flying in. We slept and had to get up early to do work related activities. Did not eat there because of no time. Saw the breakfast in passing. Looked like it was pretty good/great for a free hotel breakfast. Had many choices available. If and when I have to go back to Charlotte I would definitely consider staying here again. It's a pretty nice place!

We traveled from Germany and rented a car so it was important for us to have parking space. We had plenty of parking and we also loved the location plus close by to the police station making it a safe place to stay. The Ballantyne. neighborhood is GORGEOUS! The staff were very friendly and the cleaning ladies were also super nice and did a great job maintaining the building. Everytime I was down to do some computer work on the first level, they were always cleaning - very hard working people and I love seeing their dedication to this hard work. They deserve an extra bonus! ;) The food was amazing and tasted very good! We were happy with out breakfast!!

Staff was great! The lobby was nice and clean, breakfast was great!!! The rooms were clean, the bathroom was very clean and they use dove soap and shampoo ❤️ Really loved our experience at this hotel! We will be back next week. Location is great as well!! Stores are right across the hotel, they have a deli and pizzeria in the same plaza as the hotel as well. My family and I are moving to Charlotte and this will be our go to while we are going back and forth from Ohio to Charlotte.

Breakfast was very good and refilled constantly. Good menu that changed everyday. Staff was exceptional... friendly, helpful and genuinely enjoyed working with their clients.

Pool was not open. Many people pick a hotel for the pool, especially when the temperature is 100. That was very disappointing. They did provide access to their sister hotel, but you had to drive to it and it was confusing trying to get back on the busy highway. We hated that, so we only tried it once.

The room was clean and decorated well. The location was perfect!

The check in staff was very cold and difficult for no reason at all. No matter how nice I tried to be she was snappy for no reason. The first interaction I took as she may have had a rude guest and I was getting the attitude because it was fresh on her mind but in went onto both interactions after so it was clear she was just rude and hated her job.

Customer service. They helped us check out early due to illness in our family and didn’t charge us for our last night since we checked out on time. The management was super helpful and proactive.

Like most hotels, I didn’t sleep well. It’s hard to find comfortable beds without breaking the bank.

I was welcomed when I walked in the door. I was greeted with a smile. At first when I got my key to the room I could get in, but it was a easy fixed. Breakfast was great on Saturday morning. Sherry did an excellent job. We didn't had any juice to drink, but that was fine. Milk was good for me. Saturday night was a little disturbing because of the people who were in the room above us was kinda of nosey. But overall it was a great stay. I will go back again. Thanks everyone who worked on the weekend of April 21st - 23rd.

Customer service was very poor. I made a prepaid reservation through a third party. An issue came up and I had to change the dates on my reservation. Both the third party vendor and myself tried to call the hotel directly several times but nobody would pick up the phone. The rep with the third party vendor had to send an email on my behalf. However, it was not until the following day that I was finally able to get a simple issue resolved. Not sure why we couldn't easily get through to the hotel to get a reservation issue resolved right away. The reception I received at both check-in and check-out was not hospitable at all. Very unwelcoming! This hotel is very nice and clean but their customer service is very poor and needs attention!
