- Great location. Centrally located near everywhere we needed to go. - Staff were EXTREMELY pleasant and accommodating. - Very good breakfast selection of food and drinks. Very good serving hours.

- I was informed that it would be a “contactless check in.” This was not the case as I had booked with a third party. Don’t advertise this if it in fact isn’t going to happen that way. - The entire hotel (room included) smelled musty. Not sure why. - Placing the coffee maker and drinking cups in the bathroom is unsanitary.

Liked luxury furniture and lighting. Liked soft tp and tissue. Liked clean towels and sheets. Liked Michelle who helped me.

Lack of lighting in certain parts of room. Not a deal breaker though. My bed wasn't solid like the rest of the room furniture and it squeaked when getting on and off. Also in the room I was in on the first floor was very noisy with sounds like hangers being moved in a closet. It's wasn't continuous so I didn't complain.

Gorgeous hotel, well appointed decor and furnishings, staff was amazing and kind, so close to everything and the room was one of the nicest we have stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again. Great part of town.

The mattress wasn't the most comfortable. It was just mediocre. As a general rule, if a place has a kitchenette, one would expect hand towels, dish liquid, paper towels, or plates and silverware (even disposable) to be in the kitchenette. It didn't include anything so when we ordered food for delivery we had no way to eat it. We went to the front desk and they gave us supplies but I do think something should be in the kitchen. Additionally, be aware that there is no balcony, even if you book a room that says it has one.

It's a really nice hotel, and they provide a shuttle to the nearby mall and a few shops. If you book through booking.com, there will be a few hiccups—for us, our room wasn't actually available, but the hotel staff helped us figure it out. The hotel is right next to a great restaurant—The Southern Pecan! Highly recommend.

Sometimes, the communication between the front desk and housekeeping was lacking, but other than that, it was a great stay.

The breakfast was good. The hotel offered large bagels. The room we had was large! It was comfortable. The bathroom was roomy. I was expecting a small tub/shower combo. There was a large garden tub in our room. There was an electronic mirror in the bathroom - with a small tv in it!! That was a first for me. There was a large mirror in the room. I cannot say enough how nice the king study/room was!!

The hotel seemed like a higher end hotel. However, the breakfast selection wasn't anything above what you would get at any other Hampton Inn and Suites (three cereals, bagels, waffles, fruit, water, juice, coffee). There was not enough parking for guests. We had to ride around, wait a few minutes to get a park when we went out.

The hotel was very nicely decorated and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable. The attendant did a great job keeping it clean and stock, and was pleasant and attentive.

The parking was very confusing and I was unsure where to park or if there was specific parking for the hotel. It would be nice if there were signs at the entrance to help direct hotel guests to where they should park. Also, there was no clear area to off-load and check-in before parking. Again, it was confusing.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, coffee always available in the lobby, guest services were friendly.

I chose a room with a jacuzzi tub, definitely was looking forward to some R&R after a long week. The tub looked old and had a hairline crack above one of the jets. I didn’t feel comfortable using it. I was a little bummed by that.

Generally, everything was fine. There was a shower issue, but I told the desk clerk about it and she said they would send someone to check it out.

At breakfast, I would have liked to have seen Greek yogurt, plain or otherwise, as a choice rather than just runny, regular yogurt. Also, I would have liked to see more black tea choices than Earl Grey and English breakfast.

Breakfast was good with a very nice variety of options with omelettes, sausage and potatoes and the option of cereal, oatmeal and breakfast breads. It was good to have the option of normal and extra strong coffee as well as decaf. Most impressive was the service staff who kept the buffet refreshed and full. They were attentive and eager to help. This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have visited.

it was definitely an upscale Hampton Inn. My King study room was fairly large. The bed was relaxing to sleep in. There was a television in the bathroom mirror. Doesn’t get much better than that.

The parking. The hotel property shares a space with an upscale mall, which features restaurants. The restaurant patrons and the wait staff at many of the restaurant park in the parking lot/spaces closest to the hotel, and these parking spots are extremely narrow. Plan on squeezing in and out of your car if you’re lucky enough to get a parking spot.
