The check-in and check-out was very feasible. Loving the washing machine provided and the little balcony where we could hand laundry. The restaurant downstairs served nice pasta and Indonesians food too. Its location is also in the centre of the city, grab rides are easily available and wide choices of grab food selection too.

The street is dark at night. It doesn’t looklike a safe area to walk to the claimed walking distant braga walk. It wasnt at all for elderly especially. But considering grab rides fees are cheap because of the location, so it weighs out the minus.

Location, the facilities, the kind and understanding host, the property is spacious and really good value for your money in the heart of Bandung

You need to wait for hot water after 10 minutes, I couldn't stay longer to the change of our dates. We wish we could stay longer.

Close, cheap, facilities were excellent. I get to do things like it's my own home and it's very secure

The swimming pool and the gym were not that good, but you don't stay here for those things

The location (close to train station, Braga street), there are some cafes and resto nearby, the facility (spacious room, owner provide praying equipment, iron, hair dryer, washing machine), cleanliness, friendly staff, communication with the owner. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff help us with the luggage storage. The owner also allowed us to check out a bit later.

Hope that they can provide basic amenities e.g. shower gel and shampoo

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Good central location - walking distance to Braga, and there's a convenience store next to the lobby. The street was quiet. The apartment we got was facing south, so we didn't have any issue with train noise. It was also reasonably clean, spacious, with a balcony (pretty nice view), and kitchenette. Amenities were fine. Shower was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. Check-in/out process was easy.

Room for improvement: overall lighting (including shower area - which was a bit dark), the AC unit was blowing right on our heads due to its position, cable tv quality was poor, and interior design - furnitures don't really match, and layout can be improved.

Location, cleanliness, very comfortable apartment, soundproof, everything you need is there including a washing machine. Spacious, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony each day, great view of the mountains in the distance. The kitchen is well equipped, it's easy to cook a decent meal. The manager is very friendly and quick to respond if you need anything. We would have loved to extend our stay but the price for longer term was unfortunately above our budget. Great value for money but overpriced imo compared to other fully equipped apartments offering similar space & facilities. The bathroom is quite spacious too with a glass partitioned shower and plenty of hot water. Clean linen and towels. Closet with many hangers. Enough space to store our stuff and enough sockets to charge whatever needs charging.

The endless noise pollution by the mosques. The apartment needs painting, the rug and mat are unnecessary and should be removed imo as they can't be vacuumed, they gather dust & hair. A couple of additional trash bags would be welcome for a week's stay.

The location and the building premise is really nice. There is a supermarket and a restaurant in the premise. The room was okay, good for the price paid.

The towels and kitchen wäre was bit old and needs to be replaced. You can hear early morning prayer around 4 - 4 30 am. The toiletries were missing.

there are no street light to the apartment. the road so dark.

Clean and comfortable . All facilities working good. Safe stay without any disturbance.

Electricity ration. Cannot use more than 8 kw per day. If 3 A/C run then your power will cut in the last hours.(Caution notice available). Room safety locker not working. Car parking very tedious. But the security help on this to park safely.
