This is obvioously a posh stay for Jakarta. But the friendly and caring staff makes is worthwhile. They a very attentive and the room service works very well, if you want to stay there to enjoy the great view you have on the city from there. They simply perfectly delivered what you expect form such a hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Not to forget the food and drinks are matching the place. The location is close the Gondangdia station of the suburban line so it is easy to get around with our usind a taxi all the time.

The hotel was amazing and felt very luxurious, and we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed all the facilities the hotel had, including a relaxing swimming pool and decking, and gym. We liked how spacious and comfortable the rooms were, even having a bathtub and a living room area. The service of the staff and porters, especially Alfath, really made our stay more relaxing. We also really enjoyed the variety of options and how delicious the food at the complimentary breakfast buffet was.

We would've liked if the TV had an option for streaming services, e.g. YouTube, but this wasn't a major issue.

The design of whole hotel including the lobby and the room surprise me! Me and my mum love that shower, bath and toilet are separate as well as two sinks. Every staffs are very polite, kind and hospitable, some are very talkative and funny. We tried almost every facilities at hotel, I gotta say they are can be the top 3 ranking all over the world. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the gym room but so other fellows can comment about it.

Sound cancellation in the building needs to improve. I couldn't sleep well because of the sound from outside the building.

The breakfast is awesome, full of local specialties and international delicacies. It also has a small menu on each table which includes very interesting food and drinks. The room is also awesome, spacious, clean and nice views, with excellent service.

It is a bit inconvenience as the hotel is at floor 22 and above and there is something else for below. So floor 22/23 are the transit floors which two systems of lifts, one from ground to transit, the other transit to the hotel room/restaurants. This is a bit inconvenient.

Love the room..very comfortable and spacious with Le Labo amenities, the twin beds were pretty large and comfortable. Love the service and prompt respond from the staff, lovely breakfast experience, warm welcome from Kita Restaurant’s Japanese chef when we had dinner there, great overall hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost none, except for musholla/mosque sound that was too loud even at 31st floor, around 3:30 to 4:30 in the morning. Also one of the sink in our room clogged so the water stays there quite awhile before they drain.

Like a Keraton palace on the 21st to 37th floors overlooking central Jakarta the hotel has many pleasant spaces to spend time or even work. I loved the very light library with its 180 degrees view and a few very relevant books. Good pool, bar with excellent cocktail making barkeeper (try Rosemary pepper). Excellent Japanese restaurant on the top floor (Lombok Thai snapper sashimi). Very attentive staff. Many speak some English. Safe and quiet place in a very busy lovely city.

Too much black stone and mirrors in the corridors sometimes got me disorientated. Can't change the building though. Staff are so attentive, you sometimes wish they disappear for a moment ;)

This hotel is simply out of this world. We stayed in a lot of very good hotels in the world, but we think that Park Hyatt Jakarta is the best one we have stayed in. The staff in Park Hyatt has been extremely polite and always super helpful. The food and especially the lavish and super delicious Breakfast buffet was really outstanding. Both gym and Spa area are very well equipped and excellently maintained.

Breakfast was outstanding...really superb. One of the best I have enjoyed anywhere. Views fantastic. Staff are excellent.

The dark decor in the lift areas and hallways. Far too dark and gloomy. I couldnt understand why this excellent hotel had this decor. Very strage and quite unnecessary.

Love the room design and amenities they provide. Must try their SPA and high tea lounge- both offering good views and services. Would personally thank the concierge for helping us with many parcel deliveries - Excellent service

Coffee machine in the room not working well. Room and common area (lift area) are too dark. Ordered room service and soup is not hot
