Good coffee for free at the reception, 5 different drinks at room bar also for free! Clean, modern spacious and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of tasty and fresh food, from different juicy fruit, to whole Chorizo leg ham. Hotel gym.

Everything was OK. There is nothing to complain about, maybe I would have liked it if my company's ID number and VAT number were also stated on the invoice. But the staff was very nice, helpful and polite. Parking in the public car park on the street, there is also an underground car park around the corner, so no problem with parking in the end.

Very nice place. Everything was as in the photos and description. The room was cozy and clean. Quick check-in, very nice service at the reception and a lovely Christmas atmosphere in the hotel. Big thanks to the nice gentleman working in the kitchen who helped us and boiled some water in the kettle for our thermo mugs.

The only downside was that after turning off the lights, you could hear loud sounds from the LED lights above the bed.

Spacious, modern, uncluttered room close to tram, bus and railway connections and to where we needed to be to meet friends. Plenty of eating options nearby and in nearby shopping centre (but closed on Sunday). Car parking available at 15€ per day in underground NCP type facility which connects via a lift direct to the hotel.

Nothing really. Slightly strange reception arrangement with no one in attendance until 1300 each day. And then up to 2300.

This is second time we stay at this place, and first time it was only option available but experience and value for money are so great so we stay there now every time we visit Hannover. It’s fairly far from the city centre, takes 12 stops on U, but with immediate access to major highways and close proximity to the airport makes it perfect place as overnight stop.

We stayed one night to visit friends nearby, the hotel exceeded expectations for an airport hotel. It looks new and very clean, small but not cramped, bathroom is very nice, much better than any airport hotels we stayed in the past. Breakfast (not included) has a large selection.

It took a long time to check in. Check out was a breeze though, just dropped off the keys

Very nice hotel, easy to reach by car or public transit. It was the closest to the friends we've visited, and we arrived by the car, so I cannot really access from flying traveler prospective. It's close to the airport but I have not heard any planes even with windows open overnight. Nice stuffy breakfast :) There was free hotel parking spot available, so I even did not have to pay for underground parking.

You can only pay with cash for breakfast, quite strange in middle of Europe in 21st century.

Really helpful receptionist; she even booked a taxi for me. Quiet, comfortable room with free beverages in the minibar. Great breakfast.

Don't show up hungry.... Although there was a bowl of apples in the lobby, snacks to purchase (even just yoghurt, or cheese sticks) would be great. I arrived around 21:00 and hadn't had time to eat. The nearby German restaurant was closed and the "Chinese" buffet restaurant (26€) around the corner (the way to the entrance was dark and somewhat isolated) was probably the worst :-( buffet food I've ever experienced. Obviously not the hotel's fault but a few snacks would have solved the problem for me.

The receptionist welcomed us very well and immediately solved our problem. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Since we stayed during the fair, the price and location of this hotel was very good for us. Best regards from here to Puschkin (the little security guard dog🐕‍🦺)
