The room amenities were nice. Good sized fridge that worked almost too well. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Unexpected safe in the room as well.

The price quoted online and the actual price were not the same. Before arriving, I messaged the property that I had pets and asked if there would be any charges added. When checking in, the desk told me they had no knowledge of my pets and proceeded to charge me $20 extra per dog(2) per night. Oh, I almost forgot, I was initially told that check in was available from 2 p.m. when I arrived I was told my room wasn't ready and had to find some place to go for an hour while they finished preparing- even though I had reserved the room days ahead. Parking is fairly tight here as well.

I am huge on customer service, and all three people I met at the front desk were amazing. It's like they just got me. Lol Rooms were nice, and the hot tub area was great. I would love to return for another stay.

Socks were a bit dirty after walking on the hardwood floors. It's not a deal breaker for me on my own,but if I had my grandbabies with me, I may feel differently. The rest of the room was great.

Ukiah Super 8 was a great surprise! Price was excellent and rooms, grounds were very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have been telling all my friends and family to give Super 8 a try.

Toilets are very low and small, almost like designed for children. Air conditioner worked great but appeared to be an old model.

pool and spa and area was clean. dog friendly gas area, and the staff was accommodating.

the breakfast was just terrible. the laundry had one working machine and there was no coin machine we had the walk across the parking lot to the lobby to get quarters. the spa was cold.

Location good ,some gluten free options on breakfast and more fruit wood be great 👍 I liked it was quiet staff was very friendly and helpful ....the hot tub was the only downfall it smelled gross and was kinda green ....ashsi was at front desk great guy .

Newly renovated, super clean and quiet room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room had no carpet and I love hotels with no carpet because carpets are always filthy. Large new sofa in room, with side table so you could comfortably sit and eat or drink something. Room had microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. Bed was very comfortable.

Nothing not to like

I dd not have breakfast because I don't get up early enough. I liked the coffee service and the extras of hot cocoa packets. The staff was friendly and excellent - very helpful. Parking was easy, too.

I didn't understand what the breakfast offerings were. I saw a room service flyer, but didn't understand where the food would be prepared, since there was no cafe or restaurant onsite. An elevator could have been helpful, but not necessary since I'm still able to carry my luggage upstairs where the rooms are quieter.

From the check in last night all of the staff were very helpful especially Sam and Rishi in the morning. Very nice and good people

Honestly 1 thing I can say is my door had difficulty closing but that was a problem that was fixed.

Car charger was the main reason I chose this property as a midway stop on my all electric car road trip. It was amazing to be able to get my car fully charged while I slept. I also enjoyed the reasonable pet fee for accommodation of my dog on this road trip with me.

I didn't eat breakfast. I mainly stayed in the room. Brought my own food too. But I think the price was a little steep though. It would be really nice to get good deals or discounts if your going to stay more than one night. Don't know if you guys do have good deals or discounts but times like these is very hard and rough with COVID. Money isn't coming in like it used to due to this pandemic. I really loved staying there at Super 8 and am looking forward to staying again real soon. Hopefully by then I'll find some discounts or deals with that motel. Maybe not either but I'm not going to give up hoping though. Anyways thank you for your message and service. Have a great day.

How much I had to pay. The prices are pretty steep for being in a hardship situation that we're in right now. Money is very very tight these days. Hopefully like I said maybe some kind of deal or discount next time I stay there.
