Excellent location right next to a small beach. Sheltered bay great for swimming - the sea was warmer than the hotel pool in September. Accommodation was faultless. We were travelling with family, including a baby, and stayed in the newly renovated apartments right next to the pool. We loved the large terraces with sea view, the very comfortable beds, the fully equipped kitchen, the modern design and storage options and the cleanliness of the apartments. We opted for half board which was good and ideal for an early dinner for the baby, but ended up eating out a few nights. It’s a 15 -20 walk into the centre of Cala d’Or where there’s a great buzz and plenty excellent restaurants and cocktail bars. This fabulous place ticked all our boxes for a family holiday in the sun. We can’t wait to visit again.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The room was clean, there was everything needed in the kitchen area. Room was pretty the same as in photos. Good noise isolation, comfortable temperature in the room.

Water in the shower were pulsing all the time ( changing from cold to hot every ~5seconds, independantly from lever position). It wasnt very comfortable to sleep in 2 separated beds connected together with our child( sometimes she just fall between the beds). Also there were some ants when we arrived (first few days) in kitchen and shower area.

The hotel situated in a beautiful area and the views are gorgeous. Staff is very positive and helpful. There are many activities for children (miniclub, minigolf, swimming, snorkeling, football, etc.). The hotel is very clean and the newly refurbished rooms are very nice. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children.

We had small ants in our room, entering from the balcony doorway, but they are not harmful so we didn’t mind them. I recommend not to leave luggage or any food on the floor.

I was choosing between several hotels in Cala D'or and I am very happy that I chose Inturotel Esmeralda Park! Here you will feel relaxed in a friendly atmosphere. The apartments are incredibly clean, cleaned every day, there is everything you need for cooking (dishes, frying pan, pots, etc.). Be aware that you need to have your own spices. A large balcony with a wonderful view. The hotel staff is very attentive and nice, the entire hotel area is very neat and tidy. Lots of greenery on the hotel grounds, pine trees. We were amazed that the staff even wiped the dust off the trash cans and street lamps! There was enough space for everyone on the beach. The beach is also cleaned. Sea is amazing here! The bus stop to the airport is 1 minute away. There are many cafes and supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend walking a little further and shopping at the EROSKI Cala D'or supermarket, about 17 minutes walk, but you can buy there groceries there much cheaper and there is a great variety of products and fish. I dream of coming back here again!

Half board buffet was adequate but decided to eat out after a few days for some variety.

Good location, very close to beach. Beach bar was good food and drinks. The place is kept clean.

Lots of kids, thankfully they have an adult only pool though so wasn’t too much of an issue. They also charge extra to use the safe in your own room, and charged me an 0.84 cent bill on check out for making 4 phone calls on the room phone which is quite petty when you’re already paying a lot for the room. 15-20min walk into town, which can be difficult on very hot days.

Breakfast and dinners were really good. Quality food and a lot of choices, special dishes and menu variations every day. Rooms are very comfortable, renovated, well sound proofed. Very friendly staff. In general hotel looks nice, and provides great value for money and highly recommended for families.

Sauna and indoor pool area is not too nice and comfortable,I would recommend to renovate it. Sauna was set to a different temperature everyday, sometimes it was only 50C. Indoor pool is relatively cold and usually quite busy. Beach is quite small and getting busy even in April.

We went in Oct, so well out off season and have a 4yr old: Location and beach stunning Property is clean and mostly must have been refurbed recently Quite enough to sleep at night as some off these resorts can be very loud. Heated pool and gym. Plenty of other outdoor pools (but very cold!) Relaxing time and beautiful views with different bits to explore. We did really enjoy it! Great for families. Can see how it won’t be suitable for couples looking for quiet. (There are adult only bits!)

Absolutely loved staying here and would come back again in a heartbeat! The staff were lovely, cleaners were really friendly too. The facilities were great, excellent swimming pools, beach bar, evening entertainment and service. The buffet food for both breakfast and dinner was delicious, really good selection and variety each day. The room had good amenities and a good size. Also nice big balcony and the beds were really comfortable. Location is good, a bit of a journey from the airport but stunning beaches, one right on your doorstep, one about 5min walk away and a small, quiet one about 15min walk away. I would highly recommend staying here, particularly if you have babies/young children. It was perfect for our first holiday with a baby and I’d have no hesitation in going back again.

We had ants in our room the first day/night but they came and got rid of them on the second day. They have a policy to monitor people reserving sun beds with towels but not using them (which is great) but this doesn’t seem to be monitored so sometimes sun beds could be unused for hours but with towels on them meaning you couldn’t sit around the pool.
