The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good , easy to walk to restaurants, shops and beach. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean & well maintained. The dining room was very tranquil with gentle piped music. The breakfast buffet & hot plates were very good with plenty of selection. The hotel was quiet especially in the evenings which provided a relaxed & restful holiday.

We requested a ground floor room, as there are no lifts . The staff were very helpful, so we were allocated a room in the annex by the pool , a couple of minutes walk from the main hotel. Unfortunately the room was very small with only approx 2ft each side of the bed, It was difficult to unpack the suitcases as there were no drawers in the room but there were 2 drawers under the bathroom sink. The small wardrobe area was only half length as there was a fridge underneath. The bed had a firm foam mattress. All very clean but a bit too firm for our liking.

The staff is very welcoming, special thanks to EVA, who warmly received us, despite our very late arrival, she was very kind and even helped carrying the luggage ! The room is good enough to rest comfortably after a long day in the beach ! Breakfast, cleaning and reception services are very good as well. (for cleaning services I would like to ping MANOLIA, for her kindness and always smiling face :) ) Also,I liked that we had the possibility to rent some beach gadgets in the reception, which was very helpful.

I find the pool's size a bit small, and the space around is not carefully thought-out. There is no elevator. Honestly, that was fine during our stay but in arrival and departure days we had to carry our luggage in stairs to and from the 2nd floor.

Loved the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, table and chairs; the relaxing couch with selection of books; the delicious buffet breakfasts which filled me up to late afternoon (really enjoyed the pancakes with bacon and maple syrup); the cosy bar and terrace; the killer jugs of sangria on hot afternoons; the Irish coffee and generous glasses of Rioja on cool evenings; the friendly, hard-working, competent, respectful and intelligent staff who worked as a team to take care of guests - not once in 10 days did I hear anyone complain. The staff recommended activities and trips and booked these for me. There was also the option of car or bike hire. Dinners were reasonably priced and cooked to order. My room was comfortable and clean and serviced daily. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Would have loved to be able to buy bar snacks in the afternoon to enjoy with my drink - like olives or crisps or cheese and biscuits. Other than that - zero complaints.

Perfect location, quiet area but close to the shops, restaurants and beaches. Staff is all superfriendly and helpful! Rooms are clean and comfortable

had a good stay at this hotel! The room had a free safe and a coffee machine, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was equipped with both a bathtub and a bidet, and the lighting was bright enough to do makeup comfortably. Housekeeping came daily and kept everything clean. Despite some reviews, I want to say that the rooftop pool was nice and very clean. It's also a great spot for sunbathing, although I didn’t have the time to use it. The location is also convenient – the area is quiet with nearby bus stops and supermarkets.

As for the downsides, the cleaning staff started slamming doors around 7 AM, but that’s something you find in many hotels. Also, be sure to bring your own toiletries like toothpaste, as they aren't provided.

The hotel has 2 buildings, one that also includes the restaurant and the reception and another one 3 minutes away, where the pool is located. We stayed in the building with the restaurant, in a room on the second floor and were really happy with this choice, I would choose staying in this building again. Everything is clean and well kept. The room is spacious, with AC and fridge and had a great large terrace, with nice views. We loved the terrace and enjoyed spending time on it in the evening. Good and plentiful breakfast. Really nice personnel, at reception, cleaning and restaurant, they were very friendly! Great location, close to everything, but quiet at the same time. 10-15 minutes walking to various beautiful callas – Gran, Ferrera, Esmeralda. Lots of restaurants and small shops nearby. Two large stores nearby, at 10-15 minutes walking. Would love to come back and stay here again!

I must say how delighted I am to have stayed at this hotel. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful, especially important to highlight Ana and Pilar, both receptionists, and a young gentlemen Adrian in restaurant. They have made my stay feel very warm and welcoming. :) As for the room, the design is very modern, with beautiful bathroom, very clean room and spacious balcony with a nice view of sunrise and mountains. I have enjoyed every minute there. The hotel has a pool area, which is great if youre wanting to escape loud and crowded beach for a few hours. Location is amazing, only 5 min walk to Cala Gran, at night very quiet and peaceful area. If I ever come back to Mallorca, i will definitely stay here again. :)

Hotel is a small family run business in a great, quiet location, just a short walk to the centre, and beaches. I stayed in the annex, which is by the pool, about 50 yards from the main hotel. It's immaculately clean, and the service was helpful and friendly. They provide pool/ beach towels on request, which is a nice touch, arrange transfers, and advise on trips. My single room was very modern, with a comfortable bed, great shower, and a nice balcony. It was great to have a fridge in the room too. Breakfast was a nice spread; plentiful, with hot buffet options, and good coffee. And at 10 euros you could eat/drink as much as you wanted, so good value. The pool area is quiet, with a beautiful pool, immaculately clean, with plenty of comfy sunbeds. As the beaches were rammed during my visit, this was a good daily option.

The music in the pool area was too loud for my liking with an American rock hits station playing my least favourite music on a loop! The hot buffet bar at breakfast needs to be hotter! Maybe the hot plates need turning on earlier. A hook and/or rail/ soap dish in the lovely new bathroom would be useful.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Everything was pristine! Very comfy bed and the pool was fabulous.
