The service was impeccable and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They offer free shuttle to a few local restaurants and Pandawa Beach as well a buggy transport from your Villa to the onsite restaurants. The breakfast was very good with lots of options to choose from. The breakfast included 2 courses and everything we tried was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was fantastic. We ordered breakfast to the room a number of times and loved the service. The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. This is our 3rd time to Bali and is our favorite place we have stayed in by far. Will definitely come back.

Nothing really, only thing I can fault is the the music was a bit loud in the breakfast restaurant. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Nice staff, quiet location, private pool with spacious room, living room and bathroom. The hitel provodes shuttle to the nearest supermarket and Pandawa beach . The massage in the spa and the breakfadr and restqurant food good. Appreciate that there was NO insects anywhere.

The location is secluded, you need a moto or car or use local taxi, which is what i did. The fitting in the villa are outdated, needs some renovation and had sawege smell in the bathroom one evening.

Beautiful Villa!

There was was sewage smell coming from the bathroom! We complained. At first the hotel staff brought air freshener spray to deal with the stink. We refused it as we deemed it beyond air freshener! We were later moved to another villa. At first they wanted us to sleep in the stinky Villa, to which we objected.

- Room is bigger than expected in booking.com photos and the rooms have good wifi coverage - Strong aircon in the bedroom and the living area - Open deck rooftop to gaze at the stars - free shuttle service to Pandawa Beach - Huge Pool, you can swim mini laps in it. - The staffs' service quality is beyond exceptional. We felt heartfelt warmth dealing with your staff Ms Violina (if we get her name right), During our noon checkout she had thoughtfully packed for us some sandwiches, knowing that our flight was quite some time later. One staff member stood out among the rest, Mr Ketut Sudiratya. He is soft spoken, well mannered and always hospitable. We had foolishly left our home and motorbike keys in the villa after checkout and we were only aware of it when we were about to board our flight home. Mr Ketut goes out of his way to help us arrange for shipping to ensure we get our keys back. All the while he was constantly updating and reassuring us the whole time. It was definitely supposed to be a stressful situation for us, but this genuinely kind man made the whole process seamless and stress-free for us. We can never thank him enough.

Nothing in particular. Maybe the location is a bit tucked away in the middle of nowhere, between the busy streets of Uluwatu and Nusa Dua. Nonetheless, we made good use of their scooter rental to get around. So not really a problem to begin with.

Really spacious villa for two people. Clean territory, pleasant stuff. White bed linen, towels. Provide laundry service for very reasonable price. Nice pool, terrace if you like to sunbathe totally nude. Kitchen with everything you need. Big bathroom

If you are without bike this place will be inconvenient for you. We had bike that’s why no problem to go for some breakfast or whatever. Quite place to stay.

On the second floor, I discovered a well-stocked minibar and a spacious gathering area, perfect for enjoying quality time with family or friends. The team was always ready and willing to assist with any need or request, providing an unparalleled level of service. Their helpfulness and genuine care for every guest truly made my stay memorable. The villa we stayed were very good feels like home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety were good especially the floating breakfast basket. Would highly recommended. Definitely will come and stayed here again.

A few big geckos outside the swimming pool area. The rest is fine. For the breakfast menu for the salad should have a few dressing sauce. And perhaps suggest if have waffles in the breakfast menu would be great for the kids.

Large villa with plenty of room. Very comfortable living & sleeping quarters. Private pool was great. Very peaceful resort. Food choice & quality at the in-house restaurant and breakfast room was excellent. Friendly staff. Excellent value.

Location is a bit isolated, so you will need transportation. from anything, Bathroom & kitchen fixtures were a bit old (minor complaint).

absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures. Hosts were very pleasant to deal with. Grab scooters were never more than 5 minutes away. very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

The aircon took many hours to cool down the whole villa so it was VERY hot, especially at night. Couldn't leave the key in the space to leave the aircon going while out and only one small facility for a huge villa.

We arrived as 2 weary health professionals in need of a break. From the moment we arrived at the property we were greeted by overwhelming, warmth and kindness. The staff could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were happy to cater to our individual requirements (eg: providing extra bedding and items for the kitchen , adjusting menu items). The villas were spacious with enough room for both of us to rest as required. They were beautifully designed with some Balinese features and extremely comfortable. The rooms are made up daily, which is a real treat. We had the Villa garden view with a private pool. The garden was delightful and frequently visited by birds and butterflies. It provided us with a quiet retreat . The pool was clean and monitored daily. The food in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and In Room dining was delicious and great value . We were also able to prepare simple meals in the kitchen as required. There is filtered water in the kitchen. There is a shuttle several times a day to take you to the nearby beach and Pepito Mart ( supermarket). It is also easy to order a Gojek car to visit nearby attractions such as Nusa Dua, Ulawatu and the Jimbaran seafood restaurants. We also had a couples massage which was beautiful At the end of our stay, we felt completely restored and our heart was full of smiles. We would love to come back someday. Thank you 🙏
