It is located near Bukit Bintang's main area but still away from the noise. The room is decent sized and the building looks new.

You had to wait or call the host. This became a slight inconvenience because he asked you to deposit 100RM and collect it from the guard while you deposited your key. But the guards refuse to give you any money and ask you to call the host. It took time for the host to come which pressed me on time to catch my bus to the airport.

The key says the name of the building and room on it, so if you lose your key, a thief knows which door it unlocks. Big security issue.

The staff who handle our room super friendly and nice . He help us to bring our luggage .

The security guard was so rude , i was taking photo just in case anything happen they lost the key * this is what I experienced before , then just take a photo and he scold me ‘no need to take photo no need to take photo ‘ and spoke in their language there . Im the visitor and it’s not my first time travelling while im not taking of his face so, im just taking photo for my own record not him . They were not responsible if anything happen

I've had a fantastic experience living here! The facilities are top-notch, with a well-maintained gym and a relaxing pool area that I love using. I also want to commend the staff, Mr Ali. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, they are quick to provide support and solutions. Great location, just 2 minute walk from one of the stations and 10-15 minute walk from Bukit Bintang main attractions. The staff was super friendly and available most of the time! I also loved the view from my room!

There was only one elevator working for a couple of days so we had to wait a lot for the elevator to come down from 20+ floors on the ground floor. But not a big issue.

The house was superb! Those who are bring family for vacation are preferred to stay. All home appliances are complete. The window view of Merdeka 118 Tower was mesmerising. Car park, gym and swimming pool facility also provided and house was fully guarded with security. Thanks to Mr Ali for fast response and very helpful.

Only instant coffee and tea are not provided.

My stay at Casa Residency was exceptional in every way possible! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property was truly remarkable. The ambiance of the place was inviting and cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The room clean but at kitchen kabinet litter bit dirty ,pool very clean n the location easy to find..

After check out go to guard house to gift the key....but the guard staff no friendly and litter bit arrogant..
