location, pools, beach and food simply amazing.

long waiting times at bars and food corners (pool and beach) unfortunately we got served quite often with dirty, mugs, drinking cups or cutlery so we ended up checking everything before we started drinking or eating which was annoying.

The whole hotel was super modern. The rooms were immaculate. We started off in a sea view room and then were upgraded to a Junior Suite with the shared swim up pool - both rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. The facilities were good and again, very clean and the staff were very attentive. There were fresh towels daily which didn’t require you to go somewhere to swap them like we have found with other hotels. There was a good range of places to eat - we tried both the Med (for both brunch and dinner) and Den restaurants which were fantastic - and if you did fancy popping out for a dinner, there was a cheap coach that took you to and from Kardemena. However, with many options for food on the resort itself, there was no real reason to leave! The room service and the mini bar facilities were excellent and if you rang up to ask for something, it was delivered in no time at all. The app was also a good addition to be able to find out more and book restaurants etc.

Whilst the facilities were superb, the main sea view pool was very difficult to get a seat on unless you were there very early. There were a few other pools available but we found these to have more children in. The breakfast in the main restaurant we thought could have been a little better. We found that the choice in that restaurant in particular was quite limited and there were some bizarre combinations on offer.

The upgraded rooms were perfect, lots of space and the most comfortable bed, huge bathroom and great wardrobe space. Our room was located right by one of the pools which was beautifully maintained and the beds are comfortable and views even more beautiful! Restaurants were lovely all having amazing views over the sea. Sunsets are incredible.

Sadly the main part of the hotel is a little rundown, main lobby area and buffet along with the gym and inside pool! We did spend to much time there as in the evening there are places to have drinks etc. buffet could use some work! Very small and not much choice, but still ok. But the restaurants are lovely! Gym is not great, not much equipment or space!

by far the worst beach facilities comparable to the other hotels. cheap loungers and the Zia snack bar was something that reminded me of school dinners 20 years ago. big disappointment when the Norada 500m away have cushioned loungers, a cocktail bar and Gyros hut. there was no lively bar /lounge to enjoy music and a cocktail.

the staff and full on experience was good! the facilities and the views are super nice!

Food options were not existent for anyone that doesn’t eat pork! Almost Everything had pork wish there was more options. Asian restaurant needs ALOT of work ! amazing concept weak food!

Food was very good, close proximity to the beach. Hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas.

Using the app was a bit challenging as we had 3 rooms booked but staff were very helpful. The only small thing I would change would be the lighting in the room, too many switches for different areas, not really necessary and you could still see the blue LED in the dark. Lots of steps - we managed but older people would maybe find challenging in hot weather.

I love my superior room with pool! I spent most of my solo trip in my room and only used the infinity pool once it was lovely pool though I didnt know you had to pre book the restaurants and didn't know about the mitsis app but i did managed to book some of the restaurants accept the den I've heard that is very popular! All staff at reception were helpful and friendly The main restaurant is buffet style wasnt great food Free mini bar restocked daily with soft drinks and wine The crepe ice cream place is located in family part worth a little walk up! Free drinks including cocktails and they made strawberry daquriri even tho wasn't on cocktail list! 20 min from airport! I will be returning in future i think ! I also did horse riding was fun!

The main buffer style restaurant food is the normal all inclusive food nothing amazing Beach is a pebble stone beach There is alot of stairs but that didnt bother me to much The gym was a small room I didnt bother to use it

The room was excellent and the mini pool and spa on our balcony, the view and accessibility to the beach. Food, views and pleasant staff

Queuing up to get in the restaurant was a bit inconvenient. Suggest 2 queues, one for outside and one for inside tables. We didn't mind sitting inside so could have been seated much quicker. Also the infinity pool was hogged alot by some guests and did not consider others who may want to use this facility. Suggest booking a slot if its busy so its shared evenly

The range of restaurants and how close it was to the beach. The style of the newer buildings are amazing. The bars and snack bars ok the beach were great. The food in the main restaurant was very good, with only the presentation letting it down. Beach towels swapped daily at the room was brilliant.

The swimming pools were too warm The lack of ability to mingle with other guests in the evening due to not having a central entertainment area. It was difficult to find the activities during the day. Because the pools were smaller and more separated they felt quite claustrophobic with the beds very close together.

Incredible spaces and facilities. Our room had view to the sea, I think all rooms have as they have a clear wiew towards the sea side to side. The food was really good and so were the cocktails. There are a wide variety of restaurants and snack bars if you feel peckish during the day. It is all-inclusive, which makes it even better!! There is the main infinity pool, but have others around among rooms. This makes it nice as pools are not crowded. Super friendly staff! Would definitely recommend it! Considering to visit in the future their facilities in Crete or Rhodes.
