Very peaceful location right on the sea! The staff were great, made the effort to walk you to your room and show you around. Was surprised with an upgrade!! There was a complimentary electric charger for the car which was a great surprise! Food on the property was good and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy so far! Also very nice pool to relax by. Overall loved our experience!!

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Each day that we came back was like we had just walked into the room for the first time. Full credit to the maid!

Breakfast ok, not the best ever but it all depends if you like cake for breakfast of which their is a great choice. It was a quiet time on our first day which reflected on the slow pace of replenishing breakfast items. Cereals, Scrambled egg, brown bread. Salmon Overall not a problem for us but previous reviews we had read we expected something more spectacular.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely just plain fantastic. The room was spotless , the sunset view on the ocean was awesome and all the staff’s kindness and efficiency could not have been better. Having travelled the world for the last 30 years and having stayed in hundred of different hotels, if my wife and I would score our best hotels, this would be one of the top 5’s. From the front desk reception with Stephano, who helped us recharge our cell phones to the extraordinary service in the dining room with Guiseppe and the hearty breakfast and great capuchinos served with a big smile by Tatiana,along with their talented chef Alieuh, they have succeeded in providing us with memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks so much to the staff of Civico Zero Hôtel you guys deserve a 10…….

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable.

Booking.com listing indicated there was Shuttle Service from FCO to/from hotel. However, it failed to indicate the cost of the transfer was $200 One-way. More than the cost of the room. This seems misleading. No real options for meals or entertainment in the immediate area.

We love our stay in this beautiful resort. Don’t miss the super breakfast with all high quality and fresh local stuffs! We will come back!

Lovely situation by the beach in gated estate, former airfield. Easy access to beach. Hotel refurbished and very comfortable and high standard. Food excellent at lunch, but repeated menu at dinner meant little choice, but out of season. Will certainly visit again.

New shower is dangerously slippery so may need a mat.

Breakfast was high quality and extensive. All of the staff we interacted with were terrific. We had a wonderful stay.

We have booked in the last minute, and when we have arrived we got an upgraded room free of charge. We arrived with dog and we got a welcome kit as well. We have seen there is a dog friendly area in the hotel's garden, and the see is just in front of the hotel. Maria at the reception was really helpful and kind with us, we got a great warm welcome in the night time. Breakfast had wide range of choices, with food intolerance you should not face with any problem too. The terrace where you can take breakfast/dinner has See view which was amazing to have some chill time. Definitely we will visit this place again!
