If you want to stay at BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport), there are only 3 options: the overpriced Novotel, the Boxtel next to the capsules and these Avagard Capsules. The capsules are the cheapest option and totally correspond to the description. They are quite big (one can sit inside; queen size bed) and are equipped with everything you need (clock with alarm function, earplugs, tissues, water, lights, mirror, table and window). There is even a lady checking you in and giving you all the information you need. 7/11 store and food court open 24 hours are just nearby.
The caspules are not soundproof, you can hear people talking when passing by (thankfully the hotel is situated in a quiet area with not many people walking there) and you should use earplugs (provided). The USB ports are "old" USB-A ports and there is no USB-C port; if you have a recent iPhone or other smartphone charger using USB-C, you won't be able to charge your device as there is no socket. The main drawback of the capsules is, as many travellers mentioned, the lack of toilet and showers; you have to go one floor up to access the toilets (the ones at the hotel floor are closed) and you won't be alone, even in the middle of the night, as BKK is a busy airport.

It was nice to be in a quieter part of the airport, away from the hubbub. Yes there were speaker announcements in the hallway but once shut away inside the capsule I didn't hear them. The bed was freshly made, everything was clean and the staff cleaning really do every inch (I watched them vacuuming the walls and lighting). It was a kind touch to add in free water, earplugs and flip flops. The locker/ capsule code are the same, and your choice, so you know it's secure. You can even chaing lock yourself in in the capsule. It was surprisingly roomy in there too. I was able to check in on time and the process was easy. If a staff member was not there I'm not sure how long youd have to wait though.
The bed is hard, the mattress is only a thin basic one but honestly I was tired and it was comfortable enough for 4 hours of sleep. The only thing that kept me awake was the fan. I didn't want to turn it off as it would get too stuffy, and I wanted air circulation for basic safety. It was cool enough on high but so loud. If you are like me and need total silence to sleep then bring earplugs! You can sometimes hear and feel the steps up to the pod ontop. The walk to the bathroom was annoying (and busy). A quick face wash and teeth brushing is all you can do here.

It was spotless and really comfortable. It’s in a quiet part of the airport, so despite the bustle you can get some sleep. It’s strangely spacious so I didn’t feel at all claustrophobic.
I chose a lower capsule which meant I was sandwiched between the rumble from the trains below and the creaking from the capsule above whenever its occupant turned over. If I booked again I’d book an upper capsule to avoid this. You do get earplugs too to help with any noise. Also there are no loos anywhere near the capsules, you have to go up a floor in the airport to reach the nearest ones. Finally, there are no staff available during the night, so if you were to have a problem, I’m not sure what would happen. That said everything went smoothly for me.

It was my first capsule experience and I for sure liked it! It was great place to spend a night in between flights. There is a lot of room in the capsule. Use earplugs, then you won't hear any noise, but I had mine and haven't used the once which are provided.
The personel closer to night is available only by phone, so if you have no local sim card - you lk pay for roaming. There is no toilet/sink nearby. You have to go to the airport toilet on the next floor. If you can't sleep with earlpugs and you are sensitive to noise - you might not like it cos you hear your the neighbors moving- getting in/out.

After baggage claim. Exit B Go down to level 1. You will walk a bit then to your right will the way to the train. If you see the 7-11 on the left, you are in the right area, walk down the ramp on the left side. You will see the A neon sign. It will say airport hotel There will be someone to greet you within the operating hrs. You will put your bags into a locker. Usually same number as your capsule. You get to choose your own code. There is no washroom on the same floor but if you head back the way you came up the ramp. Go right and up the escalator by the elevator you will see there is one. They are comfortable. The fans can be loud inside but there are earplugs inside that block it all out. They have water, Kleenex, and wifi. I was not able to find a day or a shower room but they might exist inside the airport after customs.

location is in the airport, excellent to get some rest before the flight. The check-in process was easy and smooth. The capsule was comfortable. I had a peaceful and quiet nap before my next flight.
It is not easy to find as there is no sign along the way to the capsule. A map on the app doesn't help much. When I arrived at the place, there is no check-in counter, no one was around there. I had no clue what to do until a girl who did the check-in process returned from somewhere (if she went to a washroom or wherever, better leave a note to say when to return). The temperature was warm at the beginning until air conditioner worked in full function. I would prefer it to be ready when we get in. This capsule may not be suitable for people who has claustrophobia.

Perfect for those early morning flights! No hustle with early taxis. You can just mindlessly roll out of the capsule and head to departures (waking up 2 hours before my flight was optimal). The capsule is huge and comfortable. Close to the train. 24-hour 7-eleven and massage nearby.
The capsules are located in the quiet area but the airport announcements are very loud. The closest toilet is one floor up, no shower. No proper directions to the capsules anywhere. Value for money really depends on the date. I paid 50€ and it is way too much compared to what you can get in the city for these money.

Great option for us when, a couple of days before leaving, our 3 hr transfer time in BKK after an 11 hr flight became 6 hours due to cancelled flight. Just great to get horizontal and catch up with some sleep. Its not a hotel room, just a pod the size of a double bed with a low ceiling, but very clean, nice pillows, lighting, and WiFi /charger point Lockers for luggage. Lovely helpful lady manages it.
A little hard to find, you need to exit baggage hall, turn right, go down 2 floors and head towards the train departure area.

Very convenient option for my overnight connection in Bangkok. I was surprised by how well I slept in the capsule! The check-in process was very smooth and the capsule bed and linens were very comfortable. I was a little nervous beforehand that I'd feel claustrophobic, but that wasn't the case.
The capsules aren't soundproof, so if there's someone in the one above/below you will hear them moving around. (This wasn't a huge problem — everyone is looking for quiet rest and not being super loud or disruptive, but good to keep in mind if you're a very light sleeper.) The capsule was perfect for one person, but I would've overheated (or possibly felt a bit tight) with two. Would highly recommend for solo travelers looking for a good sleep between flights!

Can't beat the location, although a little hard to find: Level B (basement, bottom). When you're facing the train station, walk down the furthest left side of the ramp. The pods are sitting in the hallway just beyond the SIM card etc stalls. The pods are very clean and suppress most of the noise. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. As others have said, it's a bit too warm inside but ok for a night. From the pod to level 4 to check in is no more than 5 minutes if you take the lift.
The closest ladies toilet is only 2 mins away. Head up the ramp, turn right, go up the escalator, it's right there. It's not convenient but not as bad as some reviews would have you believe. Not having a shower sucks, but can be survived for one night. Just hope whoever's sitting next to you on your flight agrees 😛 It's a bit pricey for what it is, but if you value extra sleep over a few dollars, it's worth it
