The breakfast buffet tables are overcrowded of dishes (unattractive presentation and lack of hygienic measures) not even leaving space for clean service cutlery and kitchen tongs. The latter are randomly laying on the fresh cuts (see photo) after having been held and used by others. I found this to be very unhygienic as the next person will inevitably also touch the meat cuts as did the person before you did. Also, in regard to food waste, my preferred way of dining in a 5-star environmentis is clearly: "less is more", and "quality before quantity". I have expected more (clearly marked) local products, and more organic products.

Perfect hotel, part of the Small Luxury Hotels group. Situated on the Thessaloniki seafront. The hotel occupies a restored old building from the early 20th century. The interiors have been beautifully resorted, paying homage to the old bourgeois city of the early to mid 1900s. A unique small, luxury hotel, in a heavily urban and densely populated area. An oasis of charm, quality, and good living. The wonderful Olympos Naoussa restaurant serves upscale “Greek urban cuisine” and is NOT to be missed. Rooftop bar with lovely views, drinks and snacks works from June, 1pm till late. Rooms are very comfortable, beautifully arranged. Utterly functional as well. Very comfortable beds. In room massage service also available. Wonderful sea views of the port and beyond. My balcony was quite spacious, a lovely way to start the day with a coffee. Breakfast is served in the courtyard. Lively Greek/mediterranean options. With ottoman style sweets and pastries to boot. The cooked egg dishes you can order are exceptional. Service— exceptional. Top notch. From check in to check out, this is a team that is there to help and be of service—- something quite rare these days. Thank you! They were kind enough to offer a room upgrade, and facilitate an early check in. Made my stay that more wonderful. I am not staying anywhere else in Thessaloniki anymore!

Staff was very helpful and gentle. Breakfast was excellent. A hot dishes menu (excellent) compliments the breakfast buffet. The location was great and our room had a beautiful balcony with sea view. Bathroom was exceptional and quite large.

The mattress was not that good, I believe it was a springs one and not as comfortable as I wanted it. Breakfast was very good BUT: A great breakfast never serves cold spanakopitta or mpougatsa. I believe this should be considered a crime and people should go to jail for this!😆 Some noise from the street occasionally reaches the room (ours was on the 5th floor) but when you shut the balcony door, is gone.

Wow, we knew it would be nice, but we were very surprised by the level of service and our room. I loved their breakfasts; I think they would make you anything you wanted. The location is absolutely perfect; literally close to everything and an easy walk to dozens of sights and fabulous restaurants. If you drive they will take care of your car and it is very easy to get into and out of town. I am so glad we stumbled upon this gem.

I love the location of ON Residence. If you have a sea front room, you have the opportunity to experience one of the most beautiful aspects of Thessaloniki - the sunsets. The sunsets are beyond beautiful and I love to see them. The rooms are also lovely and I feel very comfortable staying at the ON Residence. I hope to continue staying at ON Residence over the coming years.

The lack of a proper gym but I was able to run along the sea front.

Everything was fabulous, great personnel, nice design and the rooms have everything placed very convenient. Beds are very comfortable, great conference room, amazing breakfast with excellent service. Pet friendly hotel.

The carefully curated menu is amazing, you will find some local delights as well, and the coffee, sourced from the esteemed Greek roasters we cherished in Athens, added a familiar touch of excellence to our mornings. The level of professionalism and genuine enjoyment displayed by the staff was palpable. Breakfast, dinner, staff and location were superb. The room and the bed were extremely comfortable.

1. The balcony was not usable - very disappointing. It had no furniture and was a very big step down to even get on to. When we arrived it was locked and it was extremely difficult to unlock. 2. The roof top bar was also not usable for 2 of our 3 nights because it had private parties. 3. We were awoken on 2 nights by furniture being moved around.

Every was fine

The control of the lights in the room are grouped in a modern pad, but not convenient because a) need glasses to read label on the bottom; and b) you cannot have "on" the lights of preference. The roof top bar is amazing, however on Saturday evening it closed before midnight instead of 01:00 per sign outside the bar without and notice, etc.....!!! When we asked we were told that because they had live music on the ground floor..., they decided to close the roof top area early. From locals we understand the management of the rood top is independent of the hotel but not sure and that PIC prefers to shut the bar early...

We had a lovely long stay in one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. View was also wonderful, as well as the professionalism of the staff who were very cordial throughout our stay and made sure to help us feel pampered and comfortable. We also enjoyed the decor, very strong Wi Fi reception, the selection of breakfast courses made to order, the nice roof-top bar and an exquisite on-site restaurant. The great location and option for valet parking made our vacation a lot nicer as well. I would also like to mention how thoughtful it was of the staff to greet us with welcome back drinks after being away for a night, as well as helping us with a very early-hour check out and other issues.

Being picky, from time to time we felt that the extra fees required for bonus service such as mini-bar produce or laundry services were too pricey. I would expect a more reasonable pricing. More closet and fridge space for long stays would've also been appreciated.
