The room was very spacious and there was everything we needed. The bed was also large and comfortable. No fuss at the check-in and check-out. Overall, great value for money.

The spa should officially be open until 23.00, but at 22.00 they had already switched off the sauna and the steam bath. I was told it would take too long to switch on again. Not great when you arrive late in the evening before your flight and would like to relax a bit.

Good hotel, comfortable bed and shower, good location.

Good location, but you need to carry all your luggage climb more than 40 stairs to across a bridge over small river, that's the only route from train station to Hotel, not very convenient for older and handicap people.

+ The hotel is convenient to Hoofddorp train station (less than a 10-minute walk away), which is likewise only a few minutes away from Schiphol Airport via the Sprinter train, many of which continue on to Amsterdam Centraal (about a 20-minute journey). + The staff were an absolute highlight of the hotel; I had some delightful conversations with the front desk staff, in particular, sharing local recommendations (which I then went and explored!) + The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with the usual continental breakfast selections (breads, rolls, and croissants) with various spreads and sprinkles, along with an array of cheeses and cold cuts (with tomatoes, cucumbers, and coleslaw), cereals, fresh fruit, several flavors of yogurt, a pancake machine, an English breakfast (scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, chicken sausages, baked beans, and grilled tomatoes), a few Chinese options (siu mai, dumplings, and rice), a soup du jour (!), and a broad selection of teas and juices. + The room decor was really nice and modern, with a full-wall map of Amsterdam behind the bed, and bright red accents. + The spacious bathroom shower was gorgeous and hot, with glass walls so it felt well-lit. + I loved that my room came with a complimentary fancy bottle of water in its own little alcove! + Power outlets conveniently located by the desk and the bed. + Though I didn't get to do much more than poke my head in, I thought the gym, sauna, and steam room area was pretty impressive. + An unexpected surprise: on my walk home one night, I suddenly realized that there was a group of cows to my left (not naked people, as I'd thought at first glance! ha) chilling out on top of the dike.

- Aside from the train and bus station, the hotel isn't really convenient on foot to anything else, being located in the middle of a rural industrial park. The main shopping area (Hoofddorp Winkelstad) is about a 30-minute walk away.

Decent walk in shower , good size room .also it quiet but I'm aware it's a 6 month old hotel .

Breakfast , brown bread tasted stale and not as it should . I stayed two nights , asked for replacement coffee and water , but not done . The location is not popular with taxi / uber drivers as location is new and not on GPS. Front reception when I left early this morning appeared indiferent and rude as I left . No charging point by side of bed .

The staff was amicable and attentive, the place was very clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was also good for the price. Good variety of fruit, vegetables, and protein. 24h Jim and sauna facilities were also quite functional good for proper training sessions on the go. Overall a great deal for money and despite being very far away from the city center it is perfect for business visits especially if you have to commute to the RAI, less than 15 min (walking to the train station and arriving at RAI)

I had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight and despite providing my company details for an Invoice several times (booking in my reservation, at reception upon my arrival) somehow Invoice got messed up horribly and after several calls back and forth I just had to accept that it is not going to happen.

Restaurant was lovely and nice to have some Indonesian food. Helpful staff both in the restaurant and on reception, really liked the sauna and the ability to hire e-bikes. Lovely bar and reception area. Room was comfortable and clean. We loved the location, really convenient for Hoofddorp station but very peaceful and you could get straight out from the hotel onto footpaths and cycle paths through the countryside.

The restaurant struggled a bit with maintaining service when they had a large (quite needy) group in. One of the bikes could have done with a bit of a service.

Thank you very much to the Intercity Hotel personnel! Because of you, guys, my short vacation was so good. 1. Two weeks before I called the hotel to solve the problem with the extra bed – and we solved it with minimum stress and maximum humanity. 2. When we arrived we had an issue with the room size, but it is also was solved fast and smoothly. 3. Ice was available on the bar 24/7. 4. They have a very bright and clear gym and sauna. 5. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. 6. The room is comfortable as well: all you need in close proximity – sockets for phone chargers, shampoo, towels, and a mini-bar. 7. My daughter was happy to play with a robot in the lobby. Thanks again! All the very best to all the team!

Please be aware that the hotel is located in the newly built area: Google Maps will guide you, but some old navigation systems – do not. Also, I don’t know how the transfer is organized, because on the map the hotel is pretty close to the airport but in reality, I think it is a 15-minute drive. Also, a bit strange that they didn’t make a short pass from the parking lot to reception. Therefore if you traveling by car with lots of luggage, it makes sense to drive to the central entrance, unload your luggage, and then park the car.

After a canceled flight, this was a nice place to stay, for a short night. Only one train stop from the airport, i thought its a reasonable place to wait. Check-in was quite efficient and quick, but check out was much less.

I had to leave very early, check-out was very inefficient, can be understood so early. Worse was that there was no information about how to get to the airport, it was not really helpful, there was no warning that there are no trains so early, and also no warning that due to strike there were much less (night) buses. No alternative ideas given either - so I just had to wait.

It is a great hotel, with nice and clean rooms, not far from the airport, and a good breakfast, good value for money

The hotel is almost impossible to reach. The main road towards the hotel is blocked by concrete roadblocks about a mile away from the hotel, despite Google Maps indicating that this is the road to the hotel. The car park is not paved, pitch dark, there is no signage on the car park where the lobby is located. It looks like a construction site. It's a reason not to go there again. I noticed many cars making U-turns due to the same inaccessibility

The reception we were given was amazing and the check in simple and plain. The room was magnificent, a large comfy bed, a kettle and coffee machine. Excellent aircon and a splendid bathroom. The bar was well stocked and a welcome refuge after a horrid experience at the airport. We both had a burger in the restaurant and both were delicious, the staff and Bella the robot drinks tray made us very welcome. 1 had 1 small issue which the reception staff in the morning put right so expertly and honestly I was afterwards embarrassed about how I raised it. I would advise anyone to stay here.
