The room was very nice, had an amazing view of the park (6th floor) and clean. The room service was very prompt as we had quite a few requests for them during our stay.

The food was quality and taste was mix. for room service, we ordered a margherita pizza and it wasn’t good at all. The inclusive breakfast was descent, had lots of options and they were making fresh hot food on request.

they still have to improve a few things in terms of service/details, like I had an upgrade with the genius and they wanted to give me the lower category, room was not ready at time but finally they managed to arrange it and apologized. staff at breakfast was cold and asked me a few times my room number and while talking to her colleague did show me by the finger thinking I would not notice it. it looked like they were so worried that I don’t sign the breakfast bill. by the way it’s the first time that I have to pay tip for a buffet hotel breakfast. the last night I called to ask them to print a paper, she gave me an email adress to send the document, I told her to do it fast and after sending they never gave me this documents because probably they forgot….

Nice, big room with a great view of Chapultepec Park. The breakfast room/dining room was very pleasant, the people were very nice and helpful.

Didn't love the location. Although right on the Park, it's at a busy intersection of several busy roads and we felt we had to go far to find a restaurant. Most of the closest, good ones are in Polanco which is a good 20-30 minutes walking.

we were given a room on the 1st floor, the room was an adjoining room and we could hear EVERYTHING from the other room! had to bang on the walls and call the desk twice to tell the other people to turn their music down. music was the least of the intimate details we heard :( friends in another room on another floor had no noise issues.

location: close to many attractions and upscale restaurants staff: very friendly and caring. had an issue with slowly cooling-down room and the manager offered two different rooms as back-up solutions. even we didn’t change our room at the end, I very appreciate how he solved the problem and thought about customers. Ivan serving at breakfast was awesome. on day3 morning, I didn’t need to make extra orders and he remember what I wanted. it’s a very standard hotel but it’s so unique because of their staff breakfast: really good selection

Great stay overall! Rooms were comfortable and had exactly what was advertised and everything worked like it was supposed to. The location is superb! We ended up having breakfast there one day and it was really tasty (although expensive when compared to other equally nice places in the area). Bonus points to Bellboy staff, sadly we don't remember his name, but there was one in particular who really helped us and guided us through. Front desk and restaurant staff was great as well!

Include more Nespresso capsules on the room with the stay. We booked two rooms, one for us and one for our mom and ended up in different floors (6 for us and 11 for her). It would have been nice to at least stay in the same floor instead of having to go up and down every time.

Everything. I cannot find a single thing to fault. The staff were impeccably polite and took care of us so well. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The maids were extremely nice and had no issues cleaning the rooms at any time convenient for us. If you book make sure to include the breakfast. The service and quality of the food is out of this world!

Club room was worth the upgrade. We had a room on the 16 floor that overlooked the park and castle. Very comfortable beds, clean room, nice bathroom facilities. Excellent staff; and happy hour food in the club lounge was generous enough it be a light dinner. And the breakfast was great. The restaurant was only okay food. Very Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely return.
