Breakfast is great! The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is pretty quiet and big, rooms are isolated and very comfortable.

Payment was stressful. I wanted pay in the hotel but the staff said that my card didn’t work and he tried to get second time. It worked in the second time but i checked account two payments were waiting for confirmation. I informed the staff and asked for checking but they did it in a wrong way. It is a long story. Just i would like to say if you pay via Booking account, it will be better.

Clean and tidy room which appears fairly new. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke good English. Nice firmish beds. Handy location for our needs.

Smoking area should be away from the main entrance, smoke blew inside the lobby and we had to walk through the smoke cloud at times with our children. Our 2 rooms had a problem with excess heat which staff were aware of. We were unable to open our windows due to them being locked for "noise reduction reasons". The aircon was only effective on its noisiest, maximum setting, too loud for sleeping. Breakfast options were €16 full breakfast bar per person(!!!) or coffee and a snack bar. There was no 'middle' option, so we walked to the Avia gas station around the corner for excellent fresh croissants and coffee.

I don’t like the European style beds where they put two mattresses together. They are not locked and slip apart. And pillows and the beds were not that comfortable. I don’t like individual comforters but this is the case in all/most European hotels I visit so not a problem specific to this hotel. Though the beds were not the best quality.

Super clean, extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Very helpful staff, our room was very warm and the air conditioning was warm for the whole building so they arranged to open our window. Staff were excellent answering questions about transport etc. A little out of centre but plenty of buses or a scenic walk by the river. Excellent value for money for such a comfortable stay.

Breakfast a little expensive but there are lovely cafes close by

The hotel is wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. Daily cleaning and bath towels were changed. It is quite enough for two people. The glass wall of the bathroom to the room is frosted and not a problem. Excellent room for this price. Paid parking is available right in front of the hotel, the price is 5 euros per night.

As a drawback, I can only point to the lack of a wardrobe and the sliding door of the bathroom and toilet, which does not provide enough privacy.

The Hotel is quite new and well designed I have to say. The reception is light and comfortable while waiting. You have a sense a good sense of space. The double room I had was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. There is no parking at the hotel for what I understood (there is space for about 3/4 cars right before entrance but it is only for unload/load) but there is a parkinghaus right in front of it. There are also a couple of charging spots for EV on the side street nearby but I didn't manage to make them work actually. They are provided by local provider, nothing to do with the hotel. Personnel is friendly and the atmosphere is overall very pleasant. Wifi is quite good but I didn't use that much

Maybe because is new, there were some hiccups at the reception. A minor issue that it will likely fixed in time I believe. To reach the hotel by phone is quite frustrating. You are dispatched to a central call center (apparently, not sure) that it took ages to answer and sometimes after literally 15 minutes waiting the call just hangs by itself. I was able to talk with an operator after half an hour waiting trying several times.

We were in the city for just a night and the property certainly met our expectations judging by how affordable it was. We opted for the breakfast package and the stay and the food was worth every penny. Room was clean and comfortable (albeit without much amenities however for a single night stay and such low prices one can’t expect more).

The staffs are a bit odd. They are either super unhappy working for the hotel or are severely disappointed with their life. They weren’t rude but they weren’t friendly either. Not a single smile. And I saw one guest in the breakfast section trying to explain to the restaurant staffs (two guys) what fried eggs are. That’s weird. I hope they cheer up!

Of course, we are not talking about the Ritz, but keeping this in mind, you can expect a clean, 25m² measuring room and a comfy bed, where you find calm and quiet rest during the night. Yet not offering a wardrobe you find enough space to store your clothing and luggage. The bathroom is not spacey but offers everything you need. Just opposite of the hotel there is a parking garage. It is only a 20 minute walk towards the Rheingoldhalle in the old citycenter.

No wardrobe

This hotel is modern, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see the building, lounge area, bar area, location. Inside everything is new and modern, nothing outdated. Room is a decent size, you have space to move around the beds, you have a desk and shelves for your luggage. Positive facts: Bathroom is large with the shower cubicle big (can fit 2 persons) Large window that OPENS, don't know why other people complain on google about it. The heating was turned on in my room which was so nice as I arrived on a rainy Saturday 15.10.2022 The lift in the evening works only if you use your door access card which adds to the security The price is medium but the location, atmosphere, value make this hotel a good choice. I recommend it, you will not regret it.

I do not have bad things to say about it.

Lovely quiet location with buses or trams nearby to get into the centre of Mainz. Rooms are super clean, average size & quiet. A complimentary bottle of water is provided. Tea & coffee is available to purchase all day till 11pm. Breakfast room is bright & spacious with plenty of hot & cold choices.

Wasn't sure about no wardrobe, but there were about half a dozen hangers, which was fine for us but if you stay longer than 3 nights you would be restricted if need to hang up things that crease. It wasn't a big issue, though, as the room is designed to be contemporary & compact to save space.
