The bed was amazingly comfortable. I would love to know what kind of mattresses they use. Also, the hotel was pretty with all the dark wood. I liked that the bar was easily accessible on the 2nd floor and that they had a nice menu.

The walk into the building is pretty nasty. The ceiling above the drop off in front is very ratty looking and in need of a lot of repair. It sets a bad tone as you walk in the door. But then thank goodness things get so much better when you get inside. I also noticed that there weren't many staff around for such a large hotel.

Staff solved a problem well. They made a mistake do upgraded our room which more than satisfied us. Bar was nice and had a good selection Busy but lots of seating available

We told reception a treadmill wasn’t working. We stayed a second time one week later and the issue wasn’t fixed nor labelled ‘out of order’.

For the price I was hoping for room service but they only offer hospitality service. The other thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom ceiling had water damage and was peeling a little but nothing crazy.

It was very clean, very up to date, and very comfortable the bed was absolutely amazing.

Outdated television/ remotes. Maybe investing in smart tvs that allows guests to stream off their devices to the tv would be a great investment.

I really like staff because the guest service desk was wonderful and desirably wanted to meet our expectations and give us the best accommodations

Although the rooms are absolutely beautiful in the hotel itself is so superb. There is a lack of some areas with the cleaning. Our room was filled with lots of dust.

Check in process. She advised my cc was declined, had to use my debit card. Called my cc company and they advised she entered in the wrong expiration date hence decline. Asked her twice to try again and didn't

Been staying there for 6 years. This is the first time we had a questionable experience. Trash on floor when checked in. I understand being short staffed in today’s times, but can still pick up wrappers on the floor. At check out, the lady was extremely rude and uncooperative. Asked if she could “split the bill between the two of us”? “I don’t know how to do that”. Can I get a printed receipt? “No, we email them to you. Write down your room number and email address”. Don’t you have my email in your system from booking? “You want a receipt or not? Write it down”. Still have not received a receipt.

Great location, large room, clean. Great shower pressure. Never an issue with parking. Nice bar area. easy check in.

I helped build this hotel. at one time this hotel was the crown jewel of the area. the scratched and filth in corners of the elevators lead me to believe that the staff couldn’t care less about the appearance of hotel. the rooms were nice and the check in staff were ver polite and helpful. just a shame to see the property going downhill

The property was pretty clean. the staff was very polite and accommodating.

The room was nice but it was a little dusty as it may have not been used in a while. Nothing to really complain about because I would stay there again.
