Service, location, breakfast, pool, hospitality, room service and valet are great!

Construction of new building close to hotel made us feel discomfort. The voice can be heard easily.

Exceptional breakfast - plenty of choices of top quality food. On-premise free to use 24h Gym, steam rooms and open swimming pool. Walkable distance to the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. Spectacular view. Room service was very nice.

I've somehow got a smoking room, although I'm not sure why. Had to take shower in the bathtub without spilling water everywhere as there are no screens.

We had family trip( 2 adults and 3 little kids)we took lux business room with lounge access.And it was best choice. Cause we enjoyed during the day little snacks(fruits,nuts,cakes)coffe, tea and soft drinks and few hot dishes and very good variety and quality of alcohol drinks in the evening. Stuff was amazing, room was beautiful and very big and light,beds were fantastic and very comfortable, very clean(big thanks to Dev,he was doing his job perfectly)and views from the room to canal was very enjoyable. Free access to sauna was nice.Location was quite convenient to walk around, to Dubai mall(15 minutes walking)we rented bikes and had nice rides on the promenade right down to the hotel. Kids outside playground and little pool 0.50cm deep was a big help and a lot of fun for our kids. We enjoyed our staying

It’s not a resort so facilities are quite limited if you are looking for a leisure or beach holidays, but we new that and don’t regret… the pool itself and sun beds are very simple, but the view is nice.

I love the room with nice view. Its big and clean The service was perfect and quick Thazin in the reception she is very lovely and helpful, she give upgrade for the room with full view.

The ac of the lobby is hot

Staff were so friendly at reception and at breakfast. It was less than 10 minutes taxi to the Dubai fountains and Mall. Rooms were so clean and staff did everything to help make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Bar staff were a little bit rude. The menu in the bar could be better at catering for people with intolerances, the only thing gluten free on the menu was a crispy kale salad. All symbols should be displayed on breakfast items as well for people with intolerances so you know what's safe.

Sonewhat oöder but very decent and OK hotel room. For Dubai dimensions, good value for relatively little money!

I could not fault this hotel. The service is continuously amazing! This was my second time staying in this hotel and I plan to return here again. The staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the Dubai mall and Kite beach which is super helpful. The room is always cleaned to an amazing standard and our cleaners even created a swan on the bed and left a note for us to let them know if we needed anything at all. Just to note the breakfast is also delicious and we have added it on both times due to the extensive selection of food.

Great location, you can even walk to the mall and for the great evening walks around the marine area. Size of the family room is great, even with an open sofa, the living room is perfectly big enough, so as the bathroom. Great view from the rooms and also from the pool area. Breakfast and Executive lounge offer also great! Some bellboys were friendly and helpful!

Reception staff wasn't outstanding that I would have expected from Radisson. We had a really early flight arrival, so as to the hotel - even seeing how exhausted we were with 2 small kids, we got our room exactly at 3pm, promising it will be soon ready in every hour from noon. I know it is the housekeeping department, but it was visible they did not do their best to get the room ASAP. One-two smiling receptionist, all the rest 0 hospitality capability.

Excellent customer service. The Indian gentleman at the front office reception was exceptional. We got an early check-in on arrival and also a late check out. They helped to book taxis and were very helpful and courteous.

This hotel is definitely not constructed in the high-quality way that we have come to associate with Radisson Blu hotels. There were no shower curtains, and therefore, water from the shower flooded onto the floor, often making it messy and also dangerous with the danger of slipping on the floor. I had to call housekeeping to mop it, which they did.

A Wonderful Stay Thanks to the Staff I recently stayed at this Radisson Blu Hotel hotel, and what impressed me the most was the availability and kindness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, ready to assist with any request, and always with a smile. Their professionalism and courtesy made my stay very pleasant and relaxing. It's rare to find such attentive and caring staff, and this definitely contributed to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay.

While my stay was overall pleasant, there were a couple of issues that could be improved. The air conditioning in my room was not properly monitored, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, there were construction sites nearby that operated non-stop, causing some noise disturbances even in the evening. These factors affected the overall comfort of my stay, and I hope they will be addressed in the future.
