Our flight arrived before 7am and we were allowed to store our luggage until our room was ready which was also very early - around 9am - so we could have a couple of hours sleep before we went out.

The price of food and drinks was quite high.

The direct view of Burj Khalifa from our room was magnificent. A short walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Courteous staff, namely Tariq and Kim at the reception counter, made our stay even more special and created a great first impression of Manzil Hotel in particular. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our late check-out request. The team amazingly decorated our room and provided complimentary cake and cupcakes in the room for my wife's birthday and our 24th wedding anniversary.

No door for the toilet, perhaps a sliding door would be perfect to partition the toilet and bed area.

Strangely their rate is not fixed and each day they have a different rates!! I really disappointed about this issue, so forget the rate you’ve booked, because you will get surprised when you want to checkout…

Location is ideal for Downtown - little more than 100m from Souk al Bahar and the fountains, Dubai Mall and the Burj. It's definitely an up-market hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Courtyard is superb for evening drinks and people watching (and shisha, if that's your thing!). Nezessausi bar is a great sports bar with good grub and beers. Reef & Beef is the very upscale restaurant, used for a fabulous buffet breakfast. Well worth the extra.

Rooms are starting to look/feel a little "tired". Couple of items didn't work in my room and, although maintenance came and "fixed" them, they still didn't work!

Location was exceptional, with the Burj view. It was clean, a short walk to Dubai Mall and the fountain area. This location is premium. Room was clean and the service staff were all very polite. Huge thank you to the team for making my stay so comfortable. There is a starbucks and small supermarket within the Manzil souk.

Breakfast range could be a bit more? Ran out of English Breakfast/Black tea on one morning. Would also suggest putting out the egg options (potentially doing sunny side up, eggs benedict?)

the hotel location is on point short walking distance to Dubai mall and almost everything is around the hotel from restaurants/cafe’s shopping boutiques. and almost every Dubai trend spot is only 10-15 min away. the breakfast was very delicious and has a home- worm- loving feel to it with diverse options. housekeeping & concierge service are perfect very helpful and everything was amazing and the whole staff were vary friendly specially Mostafa and the manger Tariq with much thanks to the both of them.

Fantastic location downtown with great views and easy access to Dubai Mall and fountains. Service and staff were impeccable and extremely helpful.

Room was disappointing for the quality of hotel and majority of TV channels weren't working or not connected. Housekeeping could have been better with no tea bags, broken toilet seat and lack of flannels.

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a HUGE bathroom! The views of the Burj Kalifa were spectacular, particularly at night. The Concierge was the friendliest and most helpful young lady.

We booked and paid for a suite with a view of the Burj Kalifa but were shown to a suite with a view of a tin roof. This was rectified when we asked them to, but make sure you get the room you booked! Sadly, breakfast is very ordinary.
