Breakfast standard mixed buffet Dinner so fresh and always hot on arrival at table. Quite big portions so would not choose starters dinner and dessert. Location stunning, excellent local natural amenities. Town 3-5 minute walk
No sheltered outdoor smoking area for guests. It really is becoming a bugbear of mine. I am doing nothing illegal yet spend a portion of my stay in my coat outside in the elements. Not the only hotel I might add.

After a very long drive from the south east coast of Ireland to the hotel, I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist. She was very attentive and made me and my boyfriend Ken feel like our attendance and custom were much appreciated. We stayed in an executive suite and the room was beyond our expectations. It was very spacious, airy and well presented. The en-suite was equally spacious with a jucuzzi bath which added to the relaxing and much needed unwinding experience which Ken and I were seeking. The breakfast menu and selection was good. Each evening we dined in the bar and we were very happy with the meals we received. Ken was thrilled to learn of his favourite tipple, Hennessey Paradise, being in stock and he enjoyed a glass each night during our stay. The staff of the hotel were excellent, friendly, welcoming and super helpful whenever we required assistance. We would most certainly return
There could be more vegan options for breakfast and on the dinner menu.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
The hotel was different to what I expected - much larger and more 'corporate' - not that this in necessarily a problem, but personally would have preferred something with a bit more character. (I think I've been spoilt by some of the other places we stayed in Connemara & County Mayo which have been quirkier and had amazing views) But if that's what you want, it fits the bill - I can't fault the comfort, facilities or staff who were very friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food.

Broadhaven delivers on every level. Value for money and the staff really make you feel at home. Breakfast and dinner was delicious as always. Have stayed here numerous times and always love it. Looking forward to our next stay already.
One lady on reception was saying the room hadn't been paid for even though I had it paid for on booking.com prior to arrival. I understood it was a simple mistake but the way she handled it was very poor and accusing even though I showed proof. Her colleague stepped in and it was sorted but very embarrassing the way we were spoken to with a queue of people behind us. Mary could do with a refresher in customer service.

Second time here..last time I was taken unwell and the hotel offered to take me to hospital. In the end I let them call an ambulance. When I got back the next day the cleaner was about to go into my room. I told her not to worry as I hadn't slept in the room..I told her I went to hospital. She offered to go to the kitchen and get me a drink and food..So thoughtful. Everyone was supportive. I am very fond of this hotel and always will .
Swimming pool shut. No bar or restaurant out of season I believe.. :-(

The facilities and layout was excellent. All staff were extra helpful and friendly. Nice decor. Great food for both dinner and breakfast. Great selection and layout for breakfast with plenty of hot food. The place is close to many beautiful beaches.
The only thing I didn't like was the shower. First the plus -, it had lots of hot water. But the real lack of power meant it took a long time to have a shower and rinse off. Just like a trickle of water when it was on full. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Breakfast was good. Room was very big and the beds were quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring Belmullet and NW Mayo.
The restaurant food was basic enough and pretty over priced. I guess that's not unique to this location sadly. We were lucky in that there were no weddings but were still woken up in the middle of the night by drunken revellers. I'd imagine it could be worse with weddings.

This hotel is beautiful, we were lucky to have a room looking out over the water and it was stunning. The staff were really friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The breakfast was a buffet style and was delicious- tea or coffee brought over to you and then you help yourself to the rest, lots of options avaliable from cooked to pastries. Beautiful little town too! There is an onside bar and resturant too which was lovely

Good overall , clean comfy rooms spacious, Bar nice, easy access to town , Good views from rooms at front overlooking bay.
No issues Tried to eat at Bar counter but was told we can’t as wedding is on… Maybe get the chef to check how to serve a chicken curry, not chicken nuggets on a plate with curry in a sliver jug…
