The apartment was modern, spacious and mostly comfortable, as per the photographs. The apartment actually contained two bathrooms, not just one (this was not clear from the original booking information), so that was a positive discovery.

The bedding is not very comfortable. We were charged an additional mandatory cleaning fee, which was not cheap, and which was not referenced at all in the booking information on booking.com. We found this very misleading and disappointing which soured our check-in experience. We also could not wash our clothes because the staff were never present (even during the advertised times) and guests are not allowed to access the laundry…

The property was very clean. Its location was absolutely great! Many of the places were within walking distance since San Antonio is just across the river. Everything we need, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. was provided at the property. It was also very comfortable with A/C and hot water. I had to work during my stay and had absolutely no issues with the WiFi connection. I taught my lesson and connected with students without any issues.

This was a really lovely place to stay for a couple days, all the amenities worked perfectly for me, the bed was comfy, and I liked that it also had a stove and I could cook a little for myself.

The room didn't get a lot of natural light, but it was still very nice!

The apartment was great. Overall it had everything I needed for the couple of days I stayed. The beds and pillow were comfortable, it felt like hotel level, not to hard or soft. By far this apartment was one of the best I have been in Colombia and so many things locally around. It had the basic stuff needed to cook or warm up food. The apartment themselves are modern and great to relax. The internet speed was also good. The space also had great TV's. The host was great too and was there when you needed him via phone or the WhatsApp application. The facility was very clean and the other guest that arrived seemed to be respectful to others. For an apartment, this apartment was a great value. Again, not that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. It is not a high end apartment, but it is a comfortable apartment that can make you feel at home with everything functioning. I did not have any problems with the electronics, water, electric, a/c, etc. The apartment had hot running water. Overall, if you are looking for an apartment in Cali, I would recommend this apartment for family and friends.

The building's amenities were modern and new. The studio apartment had a big fridge, two burners, adequate kitchen utensils, plates, and pots. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was good. It is 5 minutes walking distance to the El Peñon and San Antonio areas where there are good restaurants.

There was no one at the desk when I was trying to check in and check out and the gate to the building is closed at all times. If you're a tourist make sure you have the ability to make phone calls in order to call the building manager to let you in. I think someone should be at the desk at all times during the hours of check in because having to wait outside for someone to let you in is inconvenient.

Very nice. Room is clean and pretty spacious. Bed is pretty comfy. Shower is warm too.

On a Friday night there is very loud live music down the street until midnight or so, so if you have a street facing room you won't get any sleep until this stops. Cutlery is in kind of a weird place, took me a while to find it! No ironing board.

Excellent units and great value for longer stays. The only small drawback is the room cleaning fee, but since I was staying 5 days it was not much. Enrique and the rest of the staff were exceedingly helpful and accommodating. I recommend and will stay there again the next time I am in Cali.

Only one small items - There were not enough small utensils. I only had one fork for example and an odd number of glasses.

Great location, very clean and comfortable and shower was great. Bonus having cable tv and a safe too

WiFi didn’t work at all for most of my stay and the door to the room didn’t feel very secure
