What a wonderful little hotel. Perfectly situated to explore Rhodes and close to the beach as well as bars and restaurants that come to life after dark. The owners were absolutely fabulous, quirky sense of humour that we totally got. Breakfast was superb, boiled eggs, toast, ham, honey, Greek Yoghurt, cheese/ spinach pastry, croissant, tomato, ham, cheese. More than enough choice. Room was wonderful, tastefully decorated with lovely furniture matching the era. We had a two day break from our hotel in Lindos to explore Rhodes town. We will always stay here when we visit Rhodes.

The place is very clean, comfortable, with it's own character and charm. We liked the breakfast which includes good coffee or tea, bread, some good local pastry, eggs, selection of jams, you could ask also about local naturel yougurt (musly and honey are available too) and greek salad. And we loved to have it in the garden, so cozy and nice. The Internet connection was good in the room and in the garden too. Bed was comfortable, the room and a bath room was clean. I love the decorations and style of a hotel. It takes just 5 min to go to a beach, 10-15 min to a bus station, we even walked from a ferry. Around you could find many places to eat and to drink. The old town is pretty close too. We reach everything walking without any problems. The hosts are very friendly, speak several languages and always ready to help. We will come back, no doubts

Before our arrival we received information about how to reach the hotel. The building is family-owned, very cosy with nice garden (there are a lot of flowers and plants), lovely cats and some turtles. The airport bus stop is a few minutes away. The sea and the beach is also within a short walking distance. There is a very good bakery nearby (Tulip), some small supermarkets, pharmacies and plenty of restaurants. The old town is about 10 minutes away. There are 3 rooms downstairs and 5 rooms upstairs. Our room was extremely clean with daily cleaning and changing of the towels – it is very rare such an immaculate place. The room was a little bit old-fashioned but the bathroom was modern and new. It was very quiet day and night, you cannot hear the neighbours. The bed was comfortable and it was made every day with different figures created from the towels like swans.:-) We had a fridge and a hair-dryer too. Wi-fi was stable and reliable. The breakfast is served in the garden between 8-10 a.m., or you can ask for take away if you have to leave earlier. It consists of tea/coffee/juice, boiled eggs, toast, Greek salad, yoghurt, jam, fresh-baked pastries, cereals etc. At the reception there are some useful leaflets and timetables. We also became aware of the NikolaosX boat trip here. After check-out you can leave your luggage there. There is no TV in the room.

Well-located, very close to bus-terminal, to the historical old town. Shops and restaurants very close. It is a little bit back from the street, therefore traffic-noise is not a problem. Breakfast will be served and is in fact very good and sufficient. Friendly staff, everything is uncomplicated. We were there for 2 nights to visit Rhodos Town and this hotel is a perfect place for this project. You can deposit your luggage before check-in respectively after check-out.

Footsteps and conversations from the rooms above can be heard. Beside this nothing to complain.

The location is just perfect, in the middle of Rhodes town, close to everything, even to doctors! The place is spotless and rooms are cleaned every day. Authentic old house (well maintained and renovated) but has all needed amenities. Breakfast is home made and has many options. A nice little garden with many cats and tortoises. The best of the best are the owners: Michalis and Stefania are very welcoming, warm and do their very best to help in any way they can to make your stay enjoyable. Our stay was more than expected and I definitely recommend Hotel Anastasia!

Everything about the hotel was great, very welcoming owners. They couldn’t be more helpful if you needed something or information on where to go and how to get there. The hotel was absolutely immaculate. I didn’t see a spec of dust anywhere. The owners take a lot of pride in their hotel and it was just the right mix of traditional Greek decor and modern in the places you’d want it to be, i.e the bathroom. I stayed in a lovely big room on the first/top floor. It had such a relaxing feel to it. The double bed mattress and pillows were the most comfy I have ever slept on! The bathroom was very nicely done and had a big shower which lead out to a private balcony. If I can add the water pressure in the shower was great! The aircon in the room looked new and saved me after long days of walking around the sites. It was lovely to sit outside for breakfast and the variety was really good. I’m quite fussy with things I like but there was plenty to start my day. The hotel is so close to everything, just a short walk to the beaches or the old town it was really a perfect location. I had a late flight and they were so kind to let me stay in the room until I needed to leave so thank you for this as it allowed me to do a lot more on my final day than I would have been able to do. 4 days in Rhodes isn’t enough to do and see everything but I’ll 100% stay again at this hotel and highly recommend it.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel

Friendly, well-accommodating, great hosts who make you feel like home! Michalis has many interesting stories to have a chit-chat about during your breakfast :) The room was cleaned every day, including fresh towels provided each time. Very central location, close to many shops, restaurants and supermarkets! You can walk from the hotel to more or less everywhere in about 15 minutes; to the beach, to the port, and to the Old Town. They have also tortoises and a few cats in the garden, which are the highlights :) Breakfast was sufficient but there is room for improvement. Overall, it was the perfect choice for my solo travel and I will surely consider staying there again. Ευχαριστώ πολύ! 🌼

Location was excellent and the hotel itself was beautiful. Stephanie and Mihalis were wonderful hosts who clearly put their heart and soul into hotel anastasia. In fact, it felt at times that we were staying with friends, not in a hotel. Mihalis was a wonderful conversationalist (and very funny)...also clearly a perfectionist. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and there was a real attention to detail. The tortoises (minus the lusty Kostas.....😆) were great fun to watch and the grounds were a little oasis of calm. Always happy to help and give advice. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Lovely high ceilings, a fridge and room cleaned every day with different 'towel art' for every day of our stay. Breakfast kept me going all day too. What a great team!

The location, the hospitality and friendliness of the owner. The outside area to eat and the bar area if we wanted to have a drink. The beautiful style house, stunning features. There were tortoises that the owner showed us and a cat which was lovely. The breakfast was delicious. You can tell the owners really take pride in their property and looking after their guests. Will stay here again.

If I had to say something there is nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries.

Hotel and the rooms is extremely clean. Central location.

We were late for check in due to our delayed long flight. Because if that, we woke the owner up at the middle of the night. The owner doesnt have to love us but his attitude is a bit strange. For example we were there for 2 days and second day we have to leave early ferry to catch so we told him we wont be able to be at the breakfast and can we takeaway. First he yeld at us like why are you saying this to me now? You are always late to something (late check in, late to tell takeaway breakfast). But he could just say no! After all the things that he said he prepared something at the morning for take away. Really strange.
