Elevator, swimming pool. Desk and desk chair, another comfortable chair, lots of movie channels on the TV, strong wifi, plenty of parking. We were across the Highway from the Casino (we did not want to be near the Casino.). Coffee maker in room. Real closet, plenty of towels and soap.

One of the table lamps had a broken switch, we had to plug and unplug it to turn it on or off. The bed creaked a little. No minifrige or microwave. TV seemed to have a darker picture than normal. Not much for breakfast. Bedside table drawers almost impossible to open or close. At first I thought the drawers were fake.

It was a very good value. The service was good. The breakfast was good too.

I was not happy with the booking! I booked for October 13 arriving around 2AM. The gentleman at the desk said I was not supposed to come in until 3PM. YOU NEED TO FIX YOUR SYSTEM!!! He canceled my reservation from booking.com because it was wrong. He entered my booking straight but I had to pay $15 more. I have not checked my credit card account yet but I sure hope I was not billed twice.

The staff were all exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the interstate for jumping off to local attractions. The beds were very comfortable. Our group of rooms were kept together for easy convenience as we had several children with us.

Here is the bad stuff... Room 135 - the air conditioner started to leak. I put a towel under it, but it dripped all night. Two of the rooms were reported as having roaches. Since we all were only staying one night and the staff had been so accommodating to our needs, we embraced the suck.

Ms. Phyllis front desk agent was very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed and the process was quick. She also was properly well dressed and groomed. Appearance is everything especially having that role. The bedroom was nice I like that although you had outside door it still was inside building felt safe. The breakfast was more than enough. I didn't expect a full breakfast for as though most Ramadas have simple cereal, muffins, juice. And start at 5am that's great for people that have to leave early. The housekeeping is very clean and know how to clean. I knew this one housekeeper from other locations so I knew what to expect upon arriving to room. She was nice to knowing bars and restaurants in area if hungry.

Wanted to take a bath but couldn't stop up the tub. The stopper is different maybe I was doing something wrong but that was it. Be a better room if hardwood floor was added. I hate carpet but it wasn't bad. TV could be a little bigger

Room was very quiet and easily accessible by their available carts and elevator. Very nice size room with small fridge (no freezer) and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was available from 5 - 9am complete with several choices of juice, cereal, waffles and even biscuits and gravy!

Inconsiderate guests that let their doors slam shut (you could hear that!) starting so early in the morning.

Young lady at the front desk was very personable. She welcome us upon arrival and told us about everything that was offered including the breakfast from 5:30 to 9:30 in the morning. The room very clean and comfortable, although the room could use some updates. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in the future.

On our 8 day trip from Texas to Virginia and back, this is the best hotel we stayed in, and very inexpensive. The beds, room and hotel were all clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful!

The location is a little bit hard to get find. The location is convenient and close to interstate 40. It may be that only West Memphis designed their frontage roads parallel to the interstate as two way high speed avenues, and their exits to your destination are not well marked.

Arrived at 8:30p.m. to check in and had two people ahead of me and a phone call on hold. Christine at front desk treated everyone as if they were her only customer. Polite pleasant respectful courteous and professional. Expected things to be noisy as room in front of building. Absolutely NO noise heard from the road or any other patrons. Never heard anyone slam a door. Breakfast bar was amazing. Lots of choices. Ernestine kept everything net clean and well supplied. She was also pleasant polite courteous friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Check in/out was easy and quick. Biscuits and gravy were bangin. Indoor rooms with security cameras makes it feel a lil safer.

Beds were smaller than I expected but at least they were nice and soft. No where to go outside to smoke from the top floor. Had to go downstairs. Not in a great area. Parking lot and surrounding areas have a lot of potholes and needs to be fixed.
