Everything about our stay was excellent the breakfast could last past 9am but the food was excellent great selection and awesome service. Also the restaurant was great service was good but the poor lady was overloaded with people and she could definitely use a hand on Saturday night I waited 2 hours or so before I got to order and get my food other than that everything was perfect quiet clean and freindly

Just the time of wait to get to talk to someone to order at the restaurant could be sped up

The hotel was in a great location off the highway and appeared to be in a safe location. The building also looked relatively new. The bar was a nice touch for adults.

The floors were laminate and nice-looking, but we're pretty dirty. Seemed like they may have been mopped with dirty water, which left a film on the floor. Other than that no other issues.

The breakfast staff cleaned up early and didn’t keep enough food out. People trying to get breakfast and closed while people in line.

Great location easy to find it,front desk was very kind and welcoming good breakfast will be staying here again in the future.

Futon bed for kids was very thin also the cover was dirty we had to call to get new bed cover and blanket there was only 1 extra pillow,all pillows was think and too soft will be nice to have firm ones,room flood was dirty everytime we barefoot it just super sticky and are feet turn black it was dirty,since like it has not been mop for awhile.

Our room was clean. They have a fitness room and a nice size pool. They set up the mini size baby bed to be ready when we walked in. The breakfast was good. There are a lot of tables. There was biscuits, gravy, sausage, hashbrowns, grits and all the usual continental breakfast items.

The hot breakfast items ran out before breakfast was over. The "crib" was not full size. The manager never called us back about our items we left in the room. They charge $50 deposit for incidentals.

I like the hotel itself. It's actually one of my favorite places to stay. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness.

I didn't really care for the eggs they were a bit runny and potatoes very dry but tasted alright. I didn't like having to wait 11/2 hrs to check in because no clean rooms were available at the 3 o'clock check-in. Our room was not cleaned. We had to ask. Staff came in a changed the linen while we were sitting there but didn't clean the bathroom nor anything else.

Breakfast was standard hotel food. Lobby was crowded on Saturday morning. Most Items gone but were replentished.

The Elevators and room had a bad smell. The room had a smell. On arrival I though it may have been a previous guest eating some kind of strong food but the smell was still there the second day.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a variety of choices. I didn't try the restaurant that opened in the evening but the prices were reasonable and the menu looked good. Will stay again when I return.

The location was not the best. However, I didn't feel unsafe. I love green scenery, not the highway. For people visiting the casino, it's a perfect location.

We like the location and cleanliness of the room, the bar, easy access to Memphis without the traffic hassles and being close to the casino.

The price could have been a little lower but I get it as a business man. New Year's eve you have more demand and should charge more. The front desk lady sent us to the wrong room at first but she was very apologetic and quickly corrected her mistake. She provided excellent customer service.
