The fantastic view from the sea side balcony and from everywhere. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent and and we could have dinner as well at extra cost. The room has balcony, it was clean and absolute okay for us (3 persons). We enjoyed staying here, it was an extraordinary experience because of the locaton of the hotel.

The shower was awful, there was not enough water in it. It was very hard to have a shower, I could not wash my hair for example. We stayed only 3 nights, so it was acceptable but I can not imagine how to shower kids after beach in the summer. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from other rooms and from the restaurant. In april the hotel was silent but in the summer it could be very annoying (especially with little kids)

The location is great, you can easily get to the beach or Taormina very easy.

The timings of some of the activities were not very good. For example everything opens at 9am so no swim/ gym before breakfast. Like everywhere in Sicily things close for a couple hours at lunch. (Gym included) all this means is the facilities you would like to use you probably don’t because it clashes with the restaurant canteen times. The decor was a little dated too. And the coffee was a bit crap.

I like how the location is on the slope of a mountain where you get amazing views of Italy and Taormina, you can travel on foot to letojanni just by taking the hotel cable car and lift from the twin hotel below, breakfast was good.

That you have to pay extra for the swimmingpool or parking, would be nice if included in the price.

The room was big, nice location and view, confortable bad. Cleaning every day. Complementary champagne for birthday and wine for online check in. A part of the staff speak english.

It was cold in the rooms. The rooms with the view has also the noise from the highway. They didn't help us to watch a movie from the phone on the tv (the tv was not smart). The internet was very bad in room 3530. The indoor pool closed. Very poor meals...the entrance to the lift is not well semnalized, you have to pass a parking, than you enter in a tunnel, than the lift...no slippers in the room, but they gave us at demand.

Amazing location. Beach elevator! A maze of a hotel, but really a special place.

A little outdated in terms of furniture, but not so much to be a distraction. Really sort of adds to experience. Great place.

The breakfast could be better with more vegetables, fruits and better bread. we didn’t understand why we needed the “club card” that we paid 5 euro per person each day. we thought it was included one sunbed/person on the beach, but it was only two per room. So for the card it was per person, but for beach per room.

Big room, great location, very kind personal in hotel and in restaurant.

The furniture is old (including the matress) and the breakfast is the same every day.

I liked the size of the room and the enormous bed, the magnificient view from the balcony. It was also super clean and the bath consummables were with good quality.
