The property was clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. I was there for a workshop, the meeting/dining area was good. The desserts were decadent.

The lunch veggie spinach wraps, not very tasty. And the way the servers delivered the food. One person at our table did not get their entree until the rest of the table was done eating. Her table mates asked numerous times for her food, to no avail. There were only two choices chicken salad and a veggie wrap.- that were preordered. She had the veggie wraps. I finally went outside the conference room and requested her entree. I carried it back to her. One of the staff did apologize.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. It has a bar in the lobby and the place is very nicely decorated and inviting.

The hot tub was filthy. You could see the dirt , dead skin cells, and oil on top of the foam floating in the hot tub. Also, the food wasn't as good as I expected. The cooking staff st one point took off their gloves and started handling food and plates improperly. The food items in the pans on the line were not fresh. The corned beef hash was Grey and looked as if it had been sitting in the pan unstired for at least an hour. The bacon was hard as a rock ( literally) but was told it had made it fresh because they ran out. We will definitely return but will eat at one of the many other restaurants in the area.

The staff was fabulous on Thursday , Friday and Saturday. Sunday the front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. Sunday's breakfast staff. Made the omelets with the wrong add-ins, we had to go to the bar for our silerware and drinks. Service was very slow.

The room was fine, but they didn't empty the garbagecand it was overflowing.

The facility and service was outstanding. I will definitely choose this location during my next visit and tell other colleagues that frequent the area often. The facility is in an excellent area.

I have nothing negative to report.

price of breakfast was high for what they had. elevator was out of order the first night and floor was always wet near and in the elevators as kids were coming and going from the pool area

The staff was nice and professional. The pool and gym were open long hours. It was just great and the room was very nice. Thank you!!

Location was conveniently located with easy access.

Only complaint was a request from one of the housekeeping staff for towels that were not delivered. Perhaps my fault as I noticed later we were supposed to request from the front desk.

Only complaint was our hotel room door didn’t properly shut and we could hear a lot from other rooms in the hallway

A little disappointed and only one wait staff. The staff was doing the best they could, but limited to the number of staff.

The staff were amazing. Maxwell was so kind during our breakfast. Your company is blessed to have him.

The spa tub was very small and only had two jets, as that was the most important part for us, we were disappointed
