Easy to reach off the motorway and despite being next to a rail line and road it was very quiet in our room. Very clean and all we needed was there. The air conditioned room was very welcome as it was a hot and humid summer night we stayed there. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

On the whole the staff were very friendly but the receptionist on our arrival didn't seem very welcoming. After travelling for eight hours to get there a smile would have gone a long way.

Ideally located, just over an hour from the Eurotunnel with 24 hour check-in, allowing us to get a latish shuttle and wake refreshed for onward travel. Friendly staff and super clean.

Slightly challenging route off the A26, then the A1, then some back-doubles and finally down a lane that is almost a track before you reach some very closed gates; fortunately an easy intercom to reception gets the gate to slide open. In fairness, we were arriving around midnight and few hotels would be as welcoming at this hour.

Private parking and very clean rooms. Staff really efficient and food was really nice. I am coeliac and the staff were very helpful in ensuring that my food was safe and tasty

The only thing I would class as negative is the fact that we had a ground floor room with a wet room rather than a conventional bathroom and the floor was dangerous after using the shower .

Breakfast was excellent. Fruit, cereal, breads and meats and cheese fine and waitress helpful.

Dinner seemed to be “re-heats” of cold food. I could see a member of staff assembling my wife’s burger, then after time in the kitchen it was served. Poor quality with cooked lettuce! My salmon dish uninspiring: also a reheat?

Disappointing breakfast. Arrived in rather small breakfast room just before 8am to find numerous dishes empty or just scraps left. Raising the issue with one of the staff, the response was just a shrug and vague apology

Great Hotel with Fantastic restaurant. Parking car next to your room a great advantage.

Hotel could be a bit better signposted as quite hard to find on a dark road. No problem after first stay !

We booked a family room and the size of the room was excellent and there was a nice amount of space between ourselves and the kids. The room and bathroom areas were very clean, modern and well maintained. I thought for the price for 4 of us it was very good value for money. The hotel is right off of the highway so the location is really convenient but yet I couldn't really hear any road noise and the blackout blinds were amazing.

Location and parking outside our room was great.

We are at the hotel restaurant, not cheap and staff stood talking rather than looking after customers. Reception very helpful. Near train and road, but trains stopped running at 10pm ish, so not a problem for us😁

Lovely hotel set out like a motel, so you can park by the rooms. Good location with a huge carpark, unable to try the restaurant (which looked very good) as closed on Sunday. Room was very good almost felt new.

The room had a lot of power points and USB points in convenient locations. The bed was comfy and there was a pod coffee machine — perfect for a one night stop over when driving across France.

The room was a little noisy from the room next door and there was paper cups instead of mugs… but I’m being picky!
