Always love the beds and pillows. My room on second floor, 245, the fan in the bathroom was VERY loud. Was pretty annoying. But other than that, I always enjoy the rooms.

When I checked in on Monday, Jan. 20th, at 3pm, the girl at the front desk was very rude. It was the way she spoke to me. Very unpleasant. I was in a great mood when I arrived, but was not when I went to my room. I didn't get her name, as she did not have a name tag. She gave me a paper to sign, fill out, and I gave it back to her and she threw it aside. She just didn't want to be there, I guess. I've worked in hospitality/tourism industry for many years and you don't treat your guests like that. The lady that checked me out was lovely. She said she was in the sales department. Thank you!

The location was great for my purpose. I liked that it had a bar and restaurant on the premises. It was very close to shopping and different places to eat.

No access to stairs from the outside which were on one side of the building near the pool area. You had to get staff to unlock the door to the stairs. The beds in rm#212 were very uncomfortable. My husband and I both awoke to body aches.

So clean and so comfortable!

Check-in took forever to— more than 15 min. One person at desk awaiting service when we entered lobby. Clerk clearly untrained and overwhelmed by technology. Pleasant enough but the wait time really unpleasant after a day of road travel.

After staying at other locations in Daytona Beach this has become my go to location. It’s peaceful and located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. After multiple stays I have not had a single bad experience.

I enjoyed the privacy with the location along with the proximity to shopping just around the corner.

I had reserved a two queen bed disability room and was not provided with one upon checking in. Being in a wheelchair there are reasons for which one chooses a room they do, purely for ease of access, but was given a king bed that was relatively high to get into. The room also came with a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable but in a pinch for an overnight stay it was manageable.

It was clean, the staff were very nice, the location was good. Price wasn't too bad for the area.

The queen beds were a little small for our needs so sleep was a struggle. The website also said there was a hot tub, which I was excited about. There was not a hot tub, though there seemed to be a place where one used to be that had been filled in with bricks. Also, breakfast isn't free and is more diner style. Also, credit card tips fo to the hotel, not the waitress.

The friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism of the stay was excellent.

The bathroom had a strong urine smell. They offered to reclean and move us. There were no other rooms to switch to due to the full capacity of the hotel.

Location near the highway

The fan in the bathroom in room 342 was too loud. It automatically came on with the lights. It was so obnoxious that you could not use the bathroom to put on make up or do other grooming. It should have its own separate switch.

Make sure your third party agents don't promise what they can't deliver. I was promised that I could use my AEA membership @ the guest services, that was not true. Mana

Great location, very clean, comfy beds/pillows & overall an excellent experience! Would definitely stay here again. Lots of nice restaurants nearby as well. A++++++
