EVERYTHING! The staff is so accommodating, and go out of there way to make sure you have a great stay. The view is awesome. The rooms have plenty of space ,and are equipped with a stove which alot of hotels don't have. The privacy compared to larger hotels is priceless, and the employee's are so laid back; never ever had any type of problem here whatsoever! I love the location and basically everything about this motel. The price is reasonable. The pool is great, never seen a pool so we'll kept; pool guy does great job keeping it clean.I just can't say enough good things about the place; WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE!

Was not over crowded, Bed was very comfortable, sheets soft and clean. The TV was not working and they moved us to the next room over and we were good to go. The staff were very nice and super accommodating. For one night stay, it was worth it.

Rooms need to be updated. The bathroom ceiling was sketch and you could hear the wind howling thru the front door, not sure if that's just the way the door doesn't seal well or what. There was no ice machine that I could find and the ice trays we had in the fridge weee empty. Balcony was very narrow but ok

The view of the ocean from the room is so beautiful. The staff are so accommodating, and pleasant to be around.They really go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. The pool is very well kept; pool guy always makes sure it's crystal clear.Its always so peaceful and never really crowded unlike larger hotels. It is definitely my favorite for so many reasons! I have stayed so many times,and I do believe I will always be a return customer!

The reviews I saw for this place scared me BUT I have to say I was very happy with it. The room was updated, pool was beautiful, we did have plenty of hot water and air conditioning (so many people said they didn’t in reviews). Only 3 bad things: the floor was FILTHY even though you couldn’t see it - our feet were black after 10 minutes in there, the beds were very hard, and the WiFi never worked on any of our devices. Other than that, the place was great. It was very quiet and we were mostly comfortable. It is definitely worth the price if you’re looking for something cheap.

Dirty floors, no WiFi

Love the view love the friendly staff the one night the hot water stopped working but then they got it back working again the bed was smelly and dirty but they always upgrade my room when I come and staff is always accommodating and friendly so overall I always love staying here the rates are reasonable especially if you are on a budget so good place 😀

I slept on top of the bed because the sheets were dirty but overall other then that one can't complain

Adorable little motel that offered us a family experience without the hustle and bustle of crowds and tourists. The pool offered the kids a break from the beach and the beachfront view was outstanding. Perfectly located.

The patio door handle broke, but we went there fully educated on hurricane Nicole damage and were aware that door tracks on the lower level would of course have some degree of abuse. We didn't let this bother us at all, in fact we still opted to not change rooms because being oceanfront ground level far outweighed a sticky door that we could still gently open.

This property is directly on the beachfront, if you get an oceanfront room it makes the stay every bit worth the cost. Staff very pleasant. Although this motel was built in late 50’s it has survived many hurricanes. There is still some damage from the last one being repaired. Still clean and great value for $. Other properties are outrageous

The elevator had issues but there are stairs. I’m unable to climb stairs so there was no alternative for me. But it did work

I paid for a cheaper room as we didn't have a lot of money to travel but was my husband's bday and the owner upgraded our room for free with a kitchen and great view. We didn't ask or know about it til we checked in so we appreciated that.

The wifi was horrible. Wouldn't stay connected and when it was was very low bar service. The cleaners they use in rooms smell awful and had to air out the room when we got there. The shower was broke, the cold water handle was coming out of the wall and there was absolutely no water pressure. Felt like getting sprinkled on outside.

Beach front, very convenient location. The staff were all great - friendly and helpful.

Needs some updates to the plumbing, air conditioning, and elevator. The plumbing is old and needs to be replaced. The air conditioning was either on or off - no settings for temps. The elevator wasn't working Sunday or Monday when we checked out. Very inconvenient as we were on the 4th floor, and I have knee issues.

Wonderful ocean view. Room has a kitchenette which is great traveling with children. Pool was quiet and says it closes at 10 but was open all night. Staff was pleasant nobody bothered us and even allowed late check out for free.

Wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped and there was a large crowd of homeless people gathered at the public beach entrance.
