Crisp and clean. Hangout lobby and coffee bar. Friendly staff. Staff did everything they could to accomodate our adjoining room request but wasnt successful due to booking.com

We couldn't get adjoining rooms as requested. Since I booked through a third party their computer wouldn't allow them to change our rooms to adjoining. Even tho I requested adjoining thru booking initially and booking grouped the two rooms in my options. They did have the adjoin rooms available but couldn't link them up in their system. For the price which was on the high side...should be able to accomodate a simple request.

Delightful & gracious staff! Chasity professionally & knowledgeably provided information on a “possible booking error (3 rooms instead of 2).”......said she would notify manager to assist in resolving. She also provided guidance for local food delivery (we had arrived late evening). Comfortable beds low enough for handicapped seniors to access/sleep comfortably. Shower /bathroom roomy, liked the soaps/shampoos. Loved diverse arrangement in lobby/dining area. Kitchen staff also gracious in morning & helped, always smiling! Wish we could have stayed longer....but travel plans were to get on the road.

I love the TRU hotels because they are clean, contemporary and simplistic yet totally satisfying. There is no carpet on the floor which I love. This means no weird smells, and no cooties buried within. Breakfast is everything you need, and the whole vibe is that of community.

one thing that concerns me about this particular property is the shower and the potential for mold. Another is the high pitch constant ring the refrigerator was giving. I ended up unplugging it. had I brought my dog, he would not have liked it.

Not one thing The front evening staff made my work stay Or like a home away from home stay! As a single women traveling with my mother I felt as safe as o would in my own home 12 stars all across the board. This address knows how to treat their customers

OMG THE STAFF.....I loved the way they greeted people not with frowns but smiles all day. The helpfulness, the loving and caring attitudes. I mean the Entire Staff was exceptional. I tip my hat to each and everyone of them. I've never felt so Welcomed at any hotel and we travel often. I just want to say to them Than You

I would suggest covering the top of the smoking patio where the furniture is. I really like the way the location has an area set up for smokers most hotels don't have that.

Lobby area was fun, clean rooms, good breakfast out right at 6 AM

Sound issues. Not sure if it was because we had a noisy family next door, or that we had a handicap room that was a big concrete echo chamber, but we had a lot of sound issues.

It had excellent staff, courteous and upbeat. The breakfast was excellent, had a lot of choices, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious for our group. They had a lot of snack options for purchase and 2 microwaves incorporated into the front desk. It had plenty of seating as well.

There was not really anything I did not like about this property and staff.

Lobby was great for hanging out with the group. Also for dining. Used the fitness center 3 times. Breakfast was good. The omelets were a nice surprise. Rooms were clean and fresh. TV was huge! Location was perfect!

Room was tiny. But we ate and visited in the lobby. Also it is difficult to see from the road.

I drove 50 miles extra to stay here based off of the reviews I read online about other properties. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great place. I loved the breakfast - there were eggs, sausages, pancakes, muffins, bagels, coffee, and other beverages and fruits. The bathroom was clean, the room was large, and I really liked the products they had. The shampoo and conditioner didn't leave the stripped feeling and instead of individual amenities they had fun squeeze bottles. I didn't realize this driving in late at night, but the next morning I saw that there were lots of shops close to the hotel. The sheets were also so soft and I loved that they had a water bottle water fountain right outside of the gym. Highly recommend.

10/10!!!!!!! We absolutely loved this hotel! Every detail is perfectly thought out from the aroma of the hand soap to the herringbone design of the hardwood floors! My friend and I worked remote from their lobby (amazing high speed WiFi, snacks, drinks - everything you could ever need). Staff is super friendly. Parking is free and well lit. Everything is very new and modern, shower pressure was the best! Rooms are very clean & spacious. Best hotel I’ve stayed in, I will now always be looking for TRU hotels whenever I am on the road!
