Excellent location at a great price. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was a memory foam mattress that was very comfortable. Great ocean view from the balcony. There was a nice pavilion at the beach access. About a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The ac in the bedroom did not work well and the room was very warm during the day. It did cool at night so it wasn't a major issue.

The property was beautiful with mature foliage and tropical flowers. The main pool was large (and heated) and just steps from the sandy beach. Nice BBQ facility and the apartment was immaculate, comfortable and had a spectacular view of the ocean. A large lanai was right off the kitchen and living room and was equipped with a table, chairs and lounge chairs, which we loved. The apartment also had an abundance of drawer space, which was nice for our longer stay, and the closet had plenty of hangars as well. We loved our stay and will definitely return in the future!

Although the main pool and beach is considered to be within walking distance, we found that not to be true from our apartment. It was at least a 15 or 20 minute walk with lots of twists and turns, making it easy to get lost. However, we were able to drive closer to the pool and park our car in a nearby parking lot that was part of the complex, so that worked nicely for us. We also missed having restaurants within walking distance as every one required a drive to the restaurant location. But this was not a huge issue for us, just a comment as we have stayed in Kaanapali before, which has many dining options within easy walking distance. We do, however, prefer the beauty of Wailea!

Our condo was clean and nicely furnished. The washer/dryer, ocean view, private resort beach access, free parking, accessible snorkeling and linen service were especially liked. It was minutes from our conference at the Amanda’s resort but much more accommodating than a hotel room with the full kitchen. Check in was easy and we really liked the community kitchen and eating space near the pool.

One of the women’s pool showers needed maintenance. Everything else was perfect. Cannot wait to return.

Wonderful view, spacious, very clean, excellently appointed.

Despite the great view and perfectly clean condition of the unit, our enjoyment was diminished by the significant traffic noise from the main road directly behind the building. Had we known beforehand, we would have made every effort to chose a unit as far from the road as possible. Some may not be bothered but the nightly rate should reflect this.

The condo was just beautiful inside. Looks like it was all remodeled. They had a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils, bowls, etc. needed. They supplied coffee for the amount of days we were there. It had beautiful out outside patios. The only thing is, I think they should flip their mattresses a little bit more, it was just a wonderful place to stay

Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.

pools are small except the one that is above the beach. Price are high but you are in Maui and you are in a nice spot of Maui...

Although it's a large facility with many units, ours was quiet and private. It was huge and tastefully decorated. We could easily walk to the beach. The 2 large decks gave us multiple, gorgeous sunset views.

The bathrooms could be updated. They were fine--clean, functional--but they were clearly old. They were not up to the attractive standards of the other rooms in the condo.

Beautiful view of the ocean from this well maintained condo. Location was convenient to the beach, swimming pools on the property, local shops and to other towns and sites.

It's a little hard to find, the properties all look the same, especially at night. The TV did not work well in the main living area, reception was bad with a ghosted image. The TV likely needs to be replaced.

Great price for the location. Most other resorts in Wailea were super expensive. This resort has multiple swimming pools dotted around, so you don't always need to go down to the main beachside pool. Huge, comfy bed. Useful having coded entry rather than keys - and especially good for check out. We were provided a slight complimentary extension to checkout time which was greatly appreciated. Staff were extremely responsive and you could request things (towels, coffee etc) by text which made life really easy. Washer/dryer provided (although see below as the machine in our unit was fairly old and may not be the only one not working well). Restaurants in this area were very expensive compared to other towns we visited, so factor that into your decision on where to stay. All in all, for the price and location, a great place.

Unit needed a bit of a refresh - the cupboard doors/walls were a little jaded and could use a splash of paint. There were a few tiny bugs in the bathroom each time you went in there, although the whole unit seemed clean. The tumble dryer was broken (staff did offer to send someone to look at it on the day I raised the issue, but it wasn't that urgent for us). TV/box were unfortunately awful - would work about 70% of the time but then other times it wouldn't connect, seemingly without reason. None of these I would consider deal breakers, but worth being aware of.

The decor of this lovely poolside (beach beyond) condo was exceptional. We felt like we were using a friend's condo. The grounds were lush and full of walking opportunities. Golf courses were beautiful! The facility is very close to a chic shopping area as well as many restaurants. You could easily ditch the car and walk everywhere.

This may have been user error but the AC seemed to turn itself off during the night, despite our attemtps to lower the temperature. I tend to sleep better in very cold rooms so I had to sleep on the couch where it was a bit cooler. :(
