We got to the hotel to check in about 5:00 pm. The front desk lady was very nice and respectful. Easy to talk to. Her name was Heather. We got to our room and it was what appeared to be cleaned well. All appliances worked great except for one lamp that was broke in the livingroom area. Hallways were hot and not air conditioned. Elevators worked. The ac in the unit did work amazing, and we like our room cold. Very quiet hotel even for being right off the main highway. There were odd stains on the curtains like someone had smoked inside the room or rust had touched them idk. I found a dried up contact on the bathroom floor. We always go straight to the beds to make sure there are no creepy crawlers.. and all the sheets and mattresses were white white and clean! What a relief. That's always a fear of mine. I did find what looked like a housekeeper long hair under the fitted sheet. :( This place made a great Wedding Anniversary escape for the weekend for us. For this priced I'd give this hotel a 9/10. Definitely will stay there again. Not to bad. One of the outside doors key locked didn't open and you had to go to the main doors each time. That made a longer walk bc our room and elevator were closest to that door. Lobby and halls rec room other rooms were all very clean from what I could see. I did use the treadmill and it was very nice. Ac controlled room with a lock. Clean towels and items were easily accessible. Breakfast had good options. Plenty of space to eat. :)

We loved the suite. Having seperate bedrooms was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had pet stations outside. We had 2 dogs with us. I ran out of bags, so that was helpful. We will be staying there again.

It would be nice if the beds were queens. They were comfortable, just on the small side. The breakfast needs improvement. The scrambled eggs and bacon were ok. The pancakes and waffles get hard quickly. It would have been nice to have a couple pans in the room. There is a stove but a frying pan and sauce pan would be better then just a cook sheet. We also needed additional place settings. There was 4 and we were a group of 5. Other suggestions, folding chairs for extra seating and night lights in kitchen and bathroom .

The location was perfect for our needs. Staff was friendly, the whole property was clean and organized.

Breakfast was good but the area to eat and get your food was a little cramped.

The comfortable atmosphere that the front desk gave was just the beginning!!! We stayed for 2 days (Dec 31st- Jan 2nd) From the housekeeping to the front desk & any of the employees we met we no complaints jus praise for your employees!!! Breakfast was hot & plenty of option. pool & hot tub was relaxing also.

Close to the highway, very clean, many amenities, definitely would stay again.

They charged me $50 for bringing my dog. That is too much!!

The bed and room was comfortable. The breakfast is also good to have before heading out.

Your room was on the side of the highway, all I can hear all night was traffic and did not sleep well at all. That side could use sound proof windows. Plus the tub wax not draining probably when showering.

the breakfast was the only weak point of the stay -- maybe better fruit? hard-boiled eggs? better yogurt choices? The room itself was great!! Perfect little kitchen, comfy bed, good floor plan.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. It was great having a washer and dryer there so I didn't have to go to a laundromat.

The bed was a little too soft. I prefer a firmer bed.
