Breakfast was good. Options good. The basics were all there and that was what we were looking for. We asked for microwave a d refrigerator in room. Micro not there BUT refrigerator there. We could have used another chair as there was only a desk chair.

Well, the upgrade at no extra cost to 2 queens was a nice idea withno extra cost was nice but we lost the couch to sit on and possibly that micro. We therefore had no comfortable chair. We were there to visit and not leave motel. I would have liked to know ahead about losses with upgrade

When checking in, the desk person rearranged some rooms so that we were very close to the other people in our party. The rooms were very clean. We all enjoyed the breakfast. Thought maybe there should have been more than just biscuit and gravy and waffles. But we all found something to eat and all was good.

I don't think that there was anything that we did not like. I had left my phone charger plugged in and forgot to take it. I called the next day and they were unable to locate it. I wish they could have found it. I thanked them for checking.

A man called the front desk and said he checked out of my room! I was alone and just checked in at 3am! They were knocking on my door at 9am. Why not check the records first before bothering me. Plus I feel a little scared that maybe someone was watching me and played a trick on a single woman traveler. They insinuated that maybe I had a man in my room! I feel uncomfortable.

Clean. Breakfast was a limited selection. The price I paid to Booking.com was higher than if I had called the motel directly. I will do that next time. A direct call is how I normally placed reservations. I will return to my usual handling to travel in the future.

We stay here each year for a conference for work. The proximity to our conference is excellent and the price is usually good. It was a bit higher this year than past years but what hasn't gone up plus the State Fair was beginning. The accommodations were comfortable, breakfast was adequate.

There was a dehumidifier in one of our rooms when we checked in. Also another noisy machine, maybe for air quality. I had intended to inquiry about these items when we returned from our evening activities but was tired and my co-worker and I decided we could probably put up with the noisy machine for the night. I did finally unplug the machine so that I could sleep. When I inquired about the machines at check-out, the dehumidifier was explained. The other machine seemed to mystify the employee so I did not learn why it was in the room nor receive a sorry for the inconvenience.

The staff took excellent care of us Very friendly and gave us great directions and ideas of things to do in Iowa. The hotel was clean and felt verry safe. I will be back and use this hotel again! I liked it very much!

My pillow was a little firm! Small complaint LOL

It was an accessible room. Bedroom was great, shower was perfect to get in and out with shower head in the right place with flexible shower head. Biggest disappointment was the doors getting into the hotel were not automatic or have accessible automatic opener. Very difficult to open a door in a wheelchair with no way to get through two outer doors.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had a room on the bottom floor near the exit so we could take the dogs out easily.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Found 3 spiders with webs...just typical house spiders but they were the drawers and in the shower. You could tell the staff don't look or clean in certain areas A spotlight right outside our window even with the curtain closed it looked like it was 11am instead of 11pm

Room was clean, quiet and in a good location. Suite seemed roomy and sofa and bed were comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was adequate but I was a little surprised there was no cereal or milk. Still, I was glad that there was a breakfast option! The heat worked fine and wasn't noisy. I liked the treadmills in the gym area. The price was very reasonable.

Halls could be cleaner - things just looked a little "tired". Hair dryer didn't work, but manager replaced it right away. Fridge was cold and froze our pop and apples - needs a door to separate the freezer section or knob for temperature control (which was missing). Did not tell manager until we were checking out - it may have already been taken care of.
