The hotel is in a nice quiet location but a short walk to beach everything very clean, Netflix on smart TV, bedding so comfortable!! Room cleaned daily if you require, breakfast really good options food in cafe downstairs pretty good as well. Staff are all very friendly and attentive, especially Dami and Mia extended my stay and booked my onward train journey for me look forward to staying again.

We liked everything. This hotel is amazing! ❤️🙏 The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy area. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach. Nearby there are local cafes with delicious food and cozy coffee shops. Very kind, helpful, honest, sincere staff. Especially DAMI and MIA. They always wanted to help us, to prompt us in any matter, and never refused to help. Thank you so much for your kindness and openness! You are the best! 🤍🥹 The hotel itself has an unusual, pleasant design. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. They cleaned every day. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. The girls in the dining room are always in a hurry to help. I liked that every day they served Pho soup with a different broth. It was with chicken, beef, fish. Very tasty! ❤️ We love Vietnam so much. I hope that wewill be able to return to this wonderful country in the near future, in particular to Da Nang. The m92 Hotel is in the Korean district in Da Nang just 200 m from a wonderful Beach. In month of November 2024 it was very affordable. At M92 they serve Vietnamese Cousine for breakfast (each Day you get a different meal, soup, fruits and sweets) - it was really delicious , outstanding. I have rented a Motobike and did Laundry there - very uncomplicated. The room was very Clean and On the tough you have a Infinity Pool you can use from 7 am till 10 PM. On First Floor you have a Cafés with a nice Ambiente. Thank you for Mia and the Hotels Team for the warmth stay and the unforgetable time at this place.

Everything was great here

Rooms are very spacious /comfortable (bed was REALLY comfortable and bathroom decently sized). The room got a lot of light and we had a tree right outside our window which made waking up very peaceful. The building / rooms have some scruff marks here and there, but it did not bother us. Daily housekeeping is fine. If you stay for multiple days I would ask them to do a more thorough clean every 3-4 days - they are very accommodating with requests. Quiet location but in close walking distance to the beach. Scooter rental service (150k for automatic, 130k for semi-automatic, gas not included) without deposit.

Breakfast is sadly nothing special and can be skipped but there is an excellent coffee and brunch place right around the corner. They do offer laundry service but they charge 50k/kg, more than double what neighboring hotels do (still not too bad but unnecessary to overcharge)

The hotel was really PERFECT! It's very clean, it looks like the photos, the breakfast is great and the price/quality ratio is unbelievable. Close to the beach on foot and in a very cute area. But the best part was the customer service. The girls who worked at the hotel Mia and Dami were fantastic, super sweet from the beginning to the end of the stay. Unbeatable communication, I had a motorbike accident and they were always there to look after me and console me, honestly, it was way above what you'd expect from the services of a hotel. Don't hesitate when you book, you won't be disappointed. Thank you very much and thanks again to Dami and Mia you are amazing!

Stayed here last year and loved it. The room was great, aircon worked well and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Great shower! The staff in particular are super friendly. I was sick for a couple of days and they offered to bring me food from breakfast and even tea. I couldn't eat or drink but the offer was still very much appreciated. Beach 7 mins walk away. Minimart and Bahn mi (20k!) place 100m away on the corner. The food in their own restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced with most things being under 50k. I'll be back again next year!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a boutique hotel in Da Nang, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beautiful contemporary architecture of the building, which blends seamlessly with its surroundings. The interior design is carefully thought out, with an impressive attention to detail that truly enhances the overall experience. The room itself was well-equipped with all the amenities I could need, making my stay incredibly comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of delicious food—perfect to start the day. One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. It made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing me to check in early without any hassle. I have to give special mention to Mia at the reception. She spoke excellent English and was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the best tourist spots and places to visit around Da Nang. Her recommendations really added to the overall experience. All in all, this hotel went above and beyond my expectations. It’s truly a gem and offers exceptional value for money. I am so grateful for the wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Super modern and clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool. We only stayed for one night but would have liked to have stayed more. Danang is an interesting place - it has a superb city beach with incredible sand, has a Miami/Rio feel to it with loads of high rise buildings along the coast. This hotel is set back 5 minutes from the front so the location is great. The girls on reception were great and helped us with everything we needed including hiring a moped for the next morning before check out. If we come back to Danang we will look at staying here again.

Nothing really - the rooftop pool was as warm as a jacuzzi but when it's warmed up all.day long by the sun it's no wonder. Breakfast was just ok.

The room is really nice. It has a bathtub and a stand up shower. Breakfast every morning and helpful staff. You can do laundry (for a fee) if you coordinate with the front desk. Has a rooftop pool and is about a five minute walk to the beach. There's a convenience store just around the block.

Despite being close to the beach it is actually quite far from most tourist places like my an. We ended up taking taxis instead of walking 45 minutes. There are also a number of karaoke places nearby and it's likely that no one at these establishments have actually heard the song Hotel California, meaning you can hear every song. The rooftop pool is very small and I think it's more for looks and photos than actual swimming.

Everything just as expected. Staff was super friendly and helpful and treated us nicely. We arrived early by night train and were allowed to start our day with a free breakfast. Pool was very nice, really like to possibility to sit around the corner with half of the body in the water and looking at the skyline in the evening.

It was quite loud in the building and soundproofing could be improved.
