Staff are amazing so helpful and the room is cleaned every day if you want it with fresh towels and drinking water Room was huge really bright and light, liked the sliding doors onto small balcony Breakfast included is really substantial and delicious you choose from 3 set menus not local and Western options Didn't use the pool but it was clean Lots of cafes, restaurants and mini marts on the street, 5 mins to the beach Hot water shower with good pressure

Everything here was great, from the check-in and the communication with the reception staff, to spacious and clean room, awesome breakfast and overall great experience! Wifi working well, TV containing all major services (Netflix, Youtube, etc.). Swimming pool was very good and refreshing, everything clean there too. Washing machine on the 6th floor was a bonus as well. Recommended!

We stayed here for 25 nights, and we can say, that the breakfast option are awesome, but only for someone who stays at the hotel for example a week or two. After that, the options start to be repetitive and it is harder and harder to choose something. But really, it is nothing wrong :) Another thing can be the fact that the swimming pool is in the second building and there is no elevator, so you have to "climb" 3 floors to get to the swimming pool. For me - no problem, but for some less fit persons, it may be a problem.

We had a spacious room with kitchenette and balcony. It was very comfortable. Loved the beautiful rooftop pool, always empty and clean. The breakfasts were good (except for the tuna sandwich), the location was great too. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Lovely, kind girls who responded instantly to all our requests. Thank you very much!

The room is a bit tired. Especially bed linen and towels. They need to be replaced urgently because many of them have holes! There was not enough light in the bathroom near the mirror. And please, add tuna in tuna sandwich instead of dubious fish it has now. I think that’s all 😌

Very spacious room, private bathroom with huge walk in shower. We had a balcony which was good for fresh air and being able to be outside. Full kitchen if you needed it. Comfy bed. Very nice staff and excellent breakfast. Location was handy to most places within easy walking distance. Free washing machine and dryer on top deck. Swimming pool very good although only stairs to get there from the adjoining building.

Toilet was behind the door so was not much room rest of bathroom very large. Lift very small but this seems to be standard where we have stayed

Location was close to beach side and property had its own Spa. Spa was great, discounted for guests. The room was spacious and had all amenities you needed. Plus, room was cleaned and towels replaced every day. Also, the included breakfast is awesome - changed everyday. Definitely worth the value of the stay. TV was not working properly so the owners changed it and put a new one in promptly.

Shower constantly kept getting water throughout bathroom.

Hotel is situated down a narrow hem away from the busy street . So it is very quiet . Room was spacious and comfortable enough . The bed and pillows were really comfortable . Walk in shower was great with strong steady water pressure . Great little pool was next door . If you have the energy to walk the steps to it .it is well worth the effort . Staff were great very friendly and spoke good English. Location was good only a short walk to beautiful clean beach and some excellent restaurants along the beach front . I enjoyed my two weeks stay here and was really satisfied with the accommodation and cost . Thoroughly recommend in Danang

After a few days breakfast became a bit boring . Small menu selection but food was ok. Not far to walk for a different breakfast . A small bin in living room would be helpful.

This hotel is the best! Our room was really spacious, we felt comfortable and there was enough space for all our things. The hotel is quiet, does not open onto the street. Good working A/C and comfortable mattress, free laundry on 6th floor and everyday room cleaning. The rooftop pool is very nice and warm, especially in the evening under the stars, and nobody was there. Delicious breakfasts, it's not a buffet, but you always have three dishes to choose from, and they change it almost every day, as well as delicious fruits and incredibly tasty iced coffee. Only about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The staff is very nice and friendly, always in a hurry to fulfill any of your requests and always have the good advices. We had a small accident in the room and it was resolved so quickly and professionally! The staff called a taxi for us and it was cheap and convenient. We could exchange currency with them at a good rate and they helped us rent a scooter. The massage parlor in this hotel has very professional staff. So our vacation was perfect, thanks to Babylon Garden!

Really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and bright. Well stocked kitchenette - pots, pans, etc. Bed was comfy. Sockets near bed. Bedside lamps for easy lighting. Good sized wardrobe. Enjoyed easting breakfast in the open area with Koi fish pond. Good breakfast choice - seasonal fruit, eggs, pancakes, Vietnamese local food - varied each day. Great coffee. Unfortunately the snack bar was not open. Pool was nice but only 2 loungers so not really good for spending much time there. Communal washing machine was provided with free laundry detergent. Hotel was behind the spa down a side street. 5 mins walk from beach. Staff were lovely and really helpful

There wasn't much we didn't like. To get to the hotel you either had to walk through the Spa reception and then down a corridor with treatment rooms or go round the side alley which was often wet where the eateries had been washing out their pots etc.

Everything was amazing! The staff were so kind and helpful and made things so special as we celebrated our anniversary. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Clean and modern bathroom with great shower and daily drinking water brought to the room with housekeeping if you require it. Lovely rooftop pool with shady area and the spa is just next door. Coffee every morning as part of breakfast which we could take up to our room! The location is fab with great coffee shops and our favourite restaurant in Da Nang just on the doorstep. Loads of options in the area and had a really lovely stay.

The service and actual hotel was fantastic. The entrance is welcoming and a bit tuck away from the hustle of the other hotels. You have to go down a small alley and it is on the other side of the Babylon spa. The room itself is a good size for 2 people or a small family. I was solo so it was very comfortable. There's a kitchen, bathroom, a desk and a dining table alongside the bed. The service was very quick and approachable. The workers there speak English and were very accommodating with my questions. I was solo so this space was more than enough, and the employees helped me find the perfect tour at an affordable price for my needs. The included breakfast was delicious. It was not buffet style which I prefer - I knew I was getting my breakfast made just for me and it would be fresh. The hotel is a five minute walk to the beach and is perfect if you want to go back and forth. It's around many spas if you're looking for a more relaxing trip. It is about 10 minutes by car to get to any other location (dragon bridge, markets, rivers, downtown). There's also a working pool on the fourth floor!

The cleanliness was overall very good. My only qualms are about the wash of the bed sheets and pillow shams. I think they could have used another wash with bleaching but I know they would have changed my sheets if I asked. The bathroom has an interesting hole wall situation but there is a curtain that covers it. I assumed since there was no ventilation that the holes would allow the bathroom to have some air. If you are on the upper floors this would not be a problem for privacy. The location is also not for city visiting but is perfect if you're looking for a beach visit. If you want more local food and local experience, you'll need to travel a bit further but I took a Grab bike everywhere so it was not inconvenient for me.
