Climbing upstairs to toilet past guests

I felt that if you are not fit and able be careful, as out apartment was right at the top of the building, and it was hard work with luggage and lot and lots of stairs to climb. We were fine, however for some it really wouldn’t have been.

The location was great: we were close to Hyde Park and walked through the park daily to either reach downtown or for an evening stroll, we were able to walk to many destinations and were close to two tube stations and Paddington for what was too far to venture to on foot. There was a washer/dryer available on the ground floor which we appreciated.

I would have liked more toiletries and tea/coffee. We ran out and asked for more, which we were given, but we also ended up purchasing our own. I would have also liked to not have to schedule a room cleaning as it is so pleasant to return from a long day to a clean room and not have think it.

Great location, short walk to two underground stations & Kensington gardens, several food options in next street. Convenient to have kitchenette in room. Fairly quiet street & felt comfortable walking back from the underground at night. Would definitely book here again if I was in London. The price was good

Nothing major all things you can love with - It was a little confusing that I had to go to another address to collect the keys which I missed in my emails (my fault) but the sign on the door alerted me to that. The stairs were exhausting after a busy day on my feet. Just about had to exit the bathroom to change my mind. Could hear the neighbours walking round on the floor above.

It’s got that cheap hotel feel. But value for money I can’t complain

The location of the apartment was great, around the corner from the underground station and just a short stroll from Kensington Gardens. Plenty of eateries and supermarkets close by. The staff were very friendly and super responsive, we had a couple of issues with things not working and they attended to it straight away.

The apartment is on the small side and the bathroom was tiny and located upstairs. Those stairs were steep, no issue for us but would be for some.

Brilliant location next to Hyde Park and around the corner from Queensway Underground station. Clean property with well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Nice big window making the room bright. Good wifi connection and large TV.

Our room was up 4 steep flights of stairs with no lift. We were asked for a £200 deposit on arrival which won't be returned to me for 7 working days - thought this was quite unreasonable when already paying so much for the room.

The location is very convenient. 2 min walk to the tube and there are nearby shops if you want to grab a bite. The room had a small kitchen with pot/pan, even utensils. The place was clean as well.

It was extremely hot inside. We had to open the window a bit, but the window was huge and wont be safe if there's a kid with you. There's a fan provided though, which was enough. There is also no lift and our room was in the 3rd floor, but we were informed ahead of time, which was okay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Proximity to Kensington gardens and tube. Possibility of baggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Kitchenette with fridge.

We loved everything, the location, the street is safe and calm and everything in the apartament is new like the photos! Underground stations near, Hyde Park near, lots of shops , Supermarkets just in the street nearby, fast food restaurants!!!

Should have more cooking utensils, and towels, nevertheless everything great!!! We found that there was no need to ask for thouse things. The stairs to the bedroom are like a bunkbed so it doesn't fit people with mobility issues, also the sofa bed could be a litle bit better but for kids its fine.
