I only stayed for one night, and the location is convenient for me since my relatives live close, can’t say much but the staff are friendly and helpful

The bed sheets were clean but felt worn, I’m sure if i asked them to change it they would have but they were ok

Price then the way that the bell boy : Battuman act with hard situation with taxi driver & young guy brought with him from airport when we ariived bf chech in opposite to the entrance of the hotel when i discover that i lost my wallet inside the car I was certain that it was lost inside (The whole situatin can be cheched by your security section using the controlled camera) Then location then cleaness then outside & inside design then high stansard in the combination of colours in intenral design

Security staff is not available during my stay ,, curtains is not wide enough to make black out ,,

I recently stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Gunesli, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were extremely respectful and helpful throughout my time there. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – not a single flaw. I genuinely give this hotel an 11 out of 10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Istanbul!

The receptionist were very cooperative, specially esra (guests relations),fopin and nazar.The location was very good, outlet 212 nearby, mall of Istanbul about 10 minutes by taxi.

It will be nice to provide the room with a better quality hair dryer.

Great staff interaction (Thank you, Esra!). The hotel is in a good location if you use your car. It has a big free underground parking. The hotel's outside parking area has an e-Car Charger station spot. I tried also the local bus. The station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. I used bus no. 97GE, taken from end-to-end, a perfect variant! The journey has more than 20 stops and takes about 1 hour to reach the Eminönü area, very close to Feribot terminals (Galata bridge) and not too far from the historic city centre!

The hotel's Spa looks great but the prices are well too high! The in-and-out front hotel's access road's pavement needs a refurbishing process!

We liked the location and the Reception and the staff in reception.

The room was not cleaned properly and dust on head boards. The bathroom had flies near the sink. We did not have toilet paper for last 4 days. The floor was not cleaned . The fridge was hot . We had ask for the rooms to be cleaned . The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the door knob was broken on bathroom door. The lights were not working bulbs needed in bathroom. The room needs a good clean and towels were dull white and looked very used like the bed sheets. The swimming pool area smelled and was busy.we could not access sauna as no one available as over booked. Not easy access to the massage and Turkish bath .

The hotel staff was very polite, happy to solve any issues and helped us arrange transport and bargain the price with cab drivers who tend to take advantage of tourist. The cleaning staff were kind always happy to work with our schedule and were very generous with supplies. A special shout-out to Adem and hotel Day manager Elgin who really went above and beyond to make our stay special. There is a Hookah lounge in the hotel located towards the back and the workers there are very very friendly, Habib made us all feel like VIP customers.

Although the hotel itself was beautiful the location is not ideal for travellers looking to explore the heart of Istanbul. the journey is about 40 minutes with traffic. also, the breakfast options were not great. Too much cheese and salad option less of the usual breakfast favourites. also NO TOAST?

The staff were extremely helpful. We ran into a couple of travelling problems and the staff went out of their way to "sort them out" for us. Every request was promptly met. We especially liked the free bottles of water each day and a plate of fresh fruit when we arrived.

Perhaps supply a shuttle (even if it is has to be paid for) to places around the local area for tourists who don't have a car or are not familiar with local traffic conditions and volume. Maybe supply a map (in English) of the area that show city attractions with information about using local transport.

Not full verity of Breakfast, swimming pool not clean and closes not on time

From the cleanliness to the staff, everything was brilliant. We had Adil & Zeynep help us through out our stay and they were both very lovely and most helpful people. Best thing about the staff was that they were able to help and understood simple English as that’s one thing no one did in Turkey unfortunately.

Definitely didn’t know that you would have to pay extra on your stay if you wished to get the massage facilities which was annoying as throughout we were told it is free & for that reason we booked the hotel. Did not like the location of hotel at all as it isn’t near to any of the tourist attractions so it was difficult trying to save time by wanting to go see the attractions as traffic was horrible and had to get alot of taxis during the stay.
