I was stay in this hotel 2 weeks now and 1 week in april because of some medical apointments. What i was like and made me cjooce them is the fact that is a apartament with kitchen and a laundry machine...this way i could heat some food,wash my clothes...the bed is amazing...maitress is killer😍 i didn t sleep that well in a very long time ...and now with my teeth tratament, was so important to can rest good when pains was alow me... Staff was amazing,on the time that i was stay there was my bday also and i wake up by nowhere with a lady at door with a sweet mesage and a bday cake and not just a bday cake but with sich a cute plating also 🖤 .That shock me😅 it was so cute and unexpected😍😍😍🖤🖤🖤 Restaurant is great, food very tasty ..u can find food 4 all tastes😍 Staff was very polite and helpfull,they help me with ebrything i neded,they would call me daily to see if i need something , they even find me taxi when i was neded.So thank you to the staff i was enjoy my stayng there, i will 4 sure come again.

Not that i wasn t like because i can do my own cleaning but i was tip the cleaning ladiese 4 cleaning and not pnce but always cleaning was did on surface never a real cleaning...but once i find that thing with all the things like mop and cleaning stuffs in front of the door and i did my own...🤷🏻‍♀️

The breakfast is quite monotonous. I liked the fruits, some cheeses, croissants. A freshly cooked omelet with various additives always saved me. The hotel is located far from the historical center, which can be reached by taxi, but taxis are quite expensive - 600-700 Turkish liras. You can also get there by public transport, but it will take an hour and a half or more.

Organize a shuttle to the historical center and back at least once a day or on weekends Add dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine to apartments with a kitchen, so that you don’t have to beg for all this from the service staff.

Luxurious hotel, nice and comfortable service This is my third stay in this hotel for more than two weeks, and I advise everyone who is looking for tranquility, luxury and comfort to go to this wonderful place. A large apartment with a spacious comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom with a full kitchen where you feel at home, a living room with a TV and the apartment is isolated from noise where you do not hear the neighbors and they do not hear you, fast and excellent elevators, a very spacious lobby with multiple seating areas resembling luxurious palaces with professional services that make you feel... Our stay at Wanda Vista was phenomenal. We truly enjoyed our experience; the staff were delightful and always happy to accommodate our requests. We had a slight issue with the heating that was resolved quickly and to our benefit. Our child loved the kids' club, it was such a useful feature to have and we spent plenty of time there. The cleaning staff and their supervisor did a great job. The hotel itself is beautiful, and close to 212 Outlet Mall and The Mall of Istanbul. The hotel restaurant as well as the Chinese restaurant on-site served good food, and the room service facility was very useful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever travel to Istanbul in future. I would like to thank all the staff for being so lovely to us and our child. In particular I would like to thank Semih (such a beautiful person who always has a smile on his face!), Hakan, Yigit, Azad and Tolkun. I would also like to show gratitude to Mr. Franco, who treated us with such warmth and whom I was sad not to be able to say goodbye to prior to our departure. Stuff very kindly, we had a problem and they solved it quickly. love the hotel, breakfast is good enough. design and installations in the hotel are great and breathtaking. Recommend it 100%!

I know about location and I was ready. but if you want to visit a lot of places and other traditional entertainments I would recommend booking other hotels near to Karakoy, Beşiktaş, Nişantaşı etc.

I stayed in a 1 bed room apartment. The property had a good gym and the reaturant staff were awesome. The location is also very ok

The living space is very small take note.The cleaniness was questionable. I had a prticular issue. I stayed alone in my room saw a long strand of hair in the sink. i assumed its normal probably the cleaning lady shed that. I called her attention to it and next day it was still there. See photo attached. Also, i asked for cooking utensil and the pot brought was so old and dented. Additionally, the plates were not what i asked for. Compared to other aprtments who give you non sticks and nice bowls. Management kindly look into this little issues i have presented

We stayed with my family for three nights and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel upgraded our rooms for free, providing spacious and clean apartments and bathrooms. Breakfast was diverse and excellent. The staff were welcoming and respectful. The hotel's proximity to Istanbul Mall and the availability of a large, free parking area were also very convenient.

One of the towels was not clean. One of the sinks did not drain well, but it was fixed promptly. The location is far from the city center, though it is convenient for those with their own car.

The room was clean with a rain shower and nice lighting.

I've booked a room with a bath, but i've got a room without a bath, i have told to the reception but they said that i have to upgrade the room to a room with a bath and i have to pay extra!! It seems as if room service had not been provided before check-in, because there was no extra pillow or duvet for my child and also no slippers or shoehorn. No kitchen accessories! Ultimately, after complaining twice, everything was sorted out, but i expected everything to be ready before check-in.

Best staff Best hotel loved kids play area enjoyed Sona nice swimming but stop selling those black hats its like money making Scheme, we have already paid to be there highmoney you do not to keep on digging into our pockets. The hats do not fit other diffrent cultural hair lik,e braids, rasta etc, you have assumed that everyone can make a pony tail and fit their heard, you forgot the african hair that paid and booked for few family rooms there. Other people at the pool did not have those hats so it was like discrimination The cuppuccino was bad, it tested yakki, it was a joke Stop using powedered milk for coffe use fresh millk its a big hotel for that the breakfast is the best , I would still come back pots, plates and pans and cups should be in the room

It was our first time in Istanbul, and first time staying at Wanda Vista. It was recommended by a friend and honestly it exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t have asked for more. Possibly the best hotel we have stayed in, from the rooms, facilities and the friendly environment. The staff were brilliant and went the extra mile every time. Top notch. I want to mention Kadir who helped me find my phone which I left in a taxi on the way back one night, I have no idea how he managed to locate it but he did, he didn’t have to go out of his way for this at all, he also paid a cab driver to bring it back from his own pocket. Absolute legend. It’s a 10 from me.
