The room was spotless, the bathroom was a lovely size, double washbasins, large enough shower, thick towels. Fragonard toiletries were provided eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand gel and hand cream. Kettle, cups, tea, sugar, ask for milk etc at reception, the staff were more than happy to help. The location was great, across the road to a small beach, we preferred walking 5 mins to the left to Bouillabaisse beach by Pearl Beach Restaurant where we dined a few times, the food was amazing and so was the sunset. The pool area was nice, relaxing and very comfortable with quite a few sun loungers, umbrellas and double sunbeds.

Location good if don’t mind a 15minute walk into the old town, only 10min taxi from main beach clubs! Small beach across from hotel was also a plus. Pool very good, quiet and clean. Nice bathrooms with spacious wardrobe. Friendly staff! Great aircon.

Beds were on the fire side, but pillows very comfy. Room size quite small for 2 people. Floors were quite dirty, don’t think were cleaned when housekeeping came as feet got dirty without wearing socks/shoes. Patio areas weren’t very private, room was next to the breakfast area so not very private had to keep curtains closed as people can see right in.

The room and grounds are beautiful. We loved sitting on our private terrace where they would bring us breakfast every morning and the pool area was serene. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. They helped us make multiple reservations since we didn’t speak French and were always available if we needed anything. The property was an easy walk to town and short drive to nearby areas.

The pool was supposed to be heated but was too cold for us.

We loved the thoughtful touches everywhere, the gorgeous decor, the amazing patio area, the quiet pool, the lovely staff and the delicious breakfast! We really enjoyed the small beach opposite too for extra relaxing & loved oysters and cocktails with a great view at the restaurant across the road ‘Les Viviers du Pilon’ for our last night sunset honeymoon meal!

very nice decor and the room was very nice and clean, lovely facilities with a sun terrace outside. the pool area was nice and clean with new towels lefts out every day. nice lobby and stylish space overall.

Little bit of a walk to the town. not great choice of drinks and the wine was served in plastic ice cream sundae glasses which from which the drink dribbled due to the wide rim of the glass. I would recommend switching to proper wine glasses or at least ones with a narrower rim so the drink doesn’t spill.

Heated pool, the shower was hot and had good pressure. The location was great for a short stay, just a 10min walk into the centre. There was also free parking on the property. We even got to take home some slippers and a beach bag as souvenirs.

There was no coffee in the room, you had to buy coffee from the bar area if you wanted one.

Very private hotel with kind and welcoming staff. The location is genuinely amazing, walking distance to the main part of St Tropez. Pool was very private and relaxing.

The fridge could do with being updated. They are mini bar type fridges but didn't keep anything cold.

10 minute walk from the heart of St Tropez - far away enough for peace and quiet, close enough for fun and buzz. Room was lovely and big, with a fantastic balcony overlooking the pools. 100ml toiletries were great. Fantastic house white wine and cheeseboard. Pool is lovely, wish we spent more time on it.

We booked "book now, pay upon arrival" but they pre-authorised the card more than 2 weeks before our arrival and would not release it, which meant I was out of pocket until after I arrived. When I asked what I could do as it was affecting me financially, I was told I should increase my credit card limit. If it was made very clear this would happen in advance, I would have just paid for the room in advance as it did not benefit me. It would be nice to have help taking heavy suitcases up the stairs to the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful but it was left to us to carry 6 heavy bags through the hotel and up the stairs to the room.

I LOVED my room. It was incredible, clean, it was close to everything I wanted to walk to. I love it so much. The only thing I didn't like was the Wi-Fi - it was REALLY bad in the room but it helped you do other things at night rather than be on you phone or watch TV! If you are traveling here for work and need to use Wi-Fi - go into the lobby area.

The bathroom was on the bottom floor so that was a bit interesting if you had to go to the bathroom at night you had to walk all the way downstairs. The Wi-Fi is awful in the rooms but go to the lobby it's stronger there.
